BEST WEIGHT VEST EVER!
This weight vest Fits perfectly on the body. This is 2nd time I've purchased this weight vest. And I've tried others. But no other kind is better than this one.

LOVE IT.
Works on hip thrusts (can add a lighter dumbell on it), lungest and long walks. Add/Drop weights are easy and it fits over my winter coat!

Comfortable weight vest
If your looking to add some weight to your daily exercise routine, this weight vest is comfortable, and you can adjust the weight by removing some of the weight bags. I've been using it for my home exercise, like push up and sit up. Don't worry about the vest moving because the front strap is adjustable, and that will prevent it from moving side to side while doing the workout.

One of the pockets doesn’t close securely.
Overall this is a great weighted vest, my only complaint is one of the velcro straps for the weight department on my my back keeps opening up mid workout. This is especially inconvenient as it’s done this mid run. I almost lost the weight, but I was running in a neighborhood and just so happened to be running back down the same street on the opposite side when I saw it across the the street. I’ve since stopped using that pouch when I take it on runs so I don’t lose one of the bags. I feel that this is more suited for a man. On me it’s rather large/bulky. Is you’re a medium or larger framed women it may be a better fit. That being said I’m using this vest to train for distance running/skiing while towing my nearly 11 year old son who is disabled and primarily uses a wheel chair, but he also has a speciality jogging stroller that allows him to participate in adaptive sporting. This piece of equipment has a bar that attaches to the front of the jogger, at the end of the bar is a waist belt and a vest that the runner wears to pull the person in the stroller. This allows me to push my two youngest kids in their jogging stroller and hopefully someday soon we will be able to take my son cross country skiing. The towing mode is difficult for me as I’m not use to pull weight while I’m running and find myself becoming fatigued faster and my form becoming sloppy risking injury. So I’ve been using this weighted vest while doing a standard run to help acclimate my body to having additional weight on my frame, and allowing me to work on maintaining my form and improving my endurance. So far it’s work well, with the exception of the one pocket. I may look into getting a vest specifically made for women, but so far this has been useful for my training.

Good value, adjustable fit
My husband is a marathon runner. He was looking for a way to improve his pace, since he's noticed he's slower this year, as he's no longer doing his training runs pushing our youngest in a running stroller. I suggested this weighted vest might accomplish the same goal if he wore it while training. It fits him well and it's adjustable. He's 5'11" and 175 lbs, for reference. Although it's pretty bulky, he says it's comfortable enough to run long distances in. I tried it myself, and I don't necessarily agree with that assessment ???? My proportions are totally different, though, and I'm a (short) woman. It adjusts to fit me OK, but I don't find it comfortable to run in at all. It's too bulky on my frame and I find the edges to be hard and chafe-y. For his part, my husband did concede that this is helping to give him some of the extra strength he was missing to improve his speed. So, for him, this product is a big win. It seems relatively well-made. Ours doesn't have any stitching issues and it's held up to regular use from both of us for the past month just fine. I do wonder how long the velcro will last, especially the tightening band around the belly. But for the price, especially, I do think it's a very good value. (Weighted vests can get VERY pricey, but this one is quite reasonable.) It does have some fit issues for me, but I think those have more to do with me and less to do with the vest. Overall, great weighted vest for the price.

The best workout add-on for me I've ever had
Every other evening, I walk 5-6 miles. I've been doing that regularly since early 2020. It's not only a break for me from the "real world," but is obviously a great way to stay active. Throughout those years, I've gone through a few different shoes, work out clothes and other additions that I have gotten to improve my workouts. Nothing made a huge difference. Shoes are either comfortable or not. And what I wear doesn't help me much in the long run. I feel like I can walk in regular pants and a sweater just as easily as some nice workout joggers and a dri-fit shirt. But when I began to use this weighted vest, I've felt all the difference in the world after a workout. I wish I would have added this a long time ago! The workout you get for your core is excellent with this thing. It fits comfortably. Make sure you strap the stomach Velcro straps tight and you'll feel your posture adjusting. It may be a bit overwhelming when you first put it on, but as with any other add-on, you'll adjust to it after using it a few times. The first time I wore it I accidentally had backwardkwards, and I felt a bit sore in my neck area the day after. But after realizing it was on backwsince I haven't felsore every timereness. The weight is distributed well if you wear it right! Do yourself a favor and add this to your workout. Whether you're running, walking, or doing calisthenics, it will help you get to your best self faster than anything you'll try. If it feels too heavy to go on a run/walk, you can adjust the weight by taking out the "sandbags" from different pockets—straightforward and easy to do. Everything closes with Velcro, so we'll see how that does in time, but so far, it's been excellent. I haven't taken the weights out yet, but it's great to have that option. The style of the vest is interesting. I've had many second looks while running/walking around our trails and neighborhoods because the vest looks like a military-issued "armored vest," to those unfamiliar with what they actually look like. I wish they had a different color option that was more neon green or yellow, for example, but I'm not going to let that stop me.
