inVEST in this VEST

PURPOSE: incorporate weight training to cardio and body weight training THOUGHTS: looks like a life vest, so much slimmer than sand bag vest, looks cool and easy to put on TRUTH: need to tighten to optimally perform any exercise, this weight is enough, comfortable and more convenient than most if not all vests, length will not get in the way OPINION: invest in this vest.just make sure you get the right size; Im 5'7 140 broad shoulders, but regular size is perfect

Awesome vest, weights included

Awesome vest, weights included. I use this every other day for basketball workouts and it is secure without ever loosening up on me while I'm doing agility exercises.

Highly recommend

It's exactly what I was looking for!! I had another unit the fit over the head. Well, having arthritic in my shoulder made out difficult to lift over my head. This vest is the answer to my prayers.

Stitching needs to be upgraded

Comfy to wear, I run with it regularly, great weight, but some of the stitching started coming undone very early on. Still functional but disappointing

Good fit but poor stiching needs quality improvement

This vest fits perfectly and its comfortable. But unfortunately, stitching is bad and the steel weights overtime can tear through the stitching and fall out see pictures.

It's 20 lbs

Bought the large. The vest is everything I expected it to be. Some nice things about it: •It's comfortable. It isn't rough on the skin anywhere so no rashes or sores. •It's secure. With 2 snap buckles at the chest I can be oriented in any direction including upside-down and it won't slide. The weights are also secure. •Breathable. Its material doesn't insulate or absorb moisture very well (that's good). •Visual appeal. It almost looks like a special forces vest... that's pretty cool. •Price. It's low in price compared to most other brand name name vests of the same weight. Plus it's Prime eligible so free shipping for me. The only thing I wasn't pleased about was the amount of weight it ships with. It's not mentioned on the site but this item is **20 lbs maximum**. I saw a similar item at a similar price but at 40 lbs (in camo colour), but that item isn't available for Prime shipping. Anyways I'm pleased with the item.

fits my body well, adjustable to fit a lot of people. some of the weights were poorly painted and rusty. stitching looks durable.

easy to re-adjust

I've used this vest often for several months. It fits very well, easy to re-adjust, and seems to be durable, so far. The steel weights are inside velcro pockets and can be easily added or removed, when required.

I am glad I found this.

The weights that come with it are 1lbs each. It says that it isn't for running, but it works very well for me. I'm 5', and 120lbs. I need to tighten it quite a bit for it to securely fit me so it doesn't move while running. I would recommend this for runners who want to work up a good sweat. It is worth the money. I hope this helps.

Ringside weighted vest

Got the vest today looks like great quality very happy except one thing. REGULAR is the size which I would equate to a medium tshirt. May fit a guy. 160-190 max. I am 220 18 neck and I can't do it up. I am sending it back but have ordered a large. It looks well made lots of arm room. I see no reviews anywhere on the web for this item. I would say great. Besides the regular as a size. Which should be labeled as small medium or large easier for customer. My large is on the way.
