They do relieve pain but, disappointed with the price and the fact the foam part of the foot bed began to wear in a short time.

Squeaky
These insoles are great except for one annoying thing. After wearing these insoles for several weeks they begin to squeak when I walk which is awful and I have to replace them. This last pair I purchased didn’t even last two weeks before the squeaking began. These were recommended by my physical therapist but I don’t know if I will continue to purchase them.

Ordered by my doctor
These were ordered by primary care doctor for a stress fracture in my right foot. Right now I have them in my slippers so I am supported even when staying in (they also fit in my sneakers when going out). They have helped with the pain somewhat, for sure. I would recommend.

Insole size does not fit perfectly
These insoles were recommended by my podiatrist due to my plantar fasciitis and I immediately purchased them without hesitation. I just got this pair of insoles less than a month ago and I am still trying them whenever I run errands like going to the grocery store because at the moment per my podiatrist I should not be doing any walking or running exercises. There is something good about these insoles but at the moment is difficult for me to pin point exactly what it is. These insoles are not relieving my plantar fasciitis pain but they do give some kind of support or alignment to my arch and eventually I hope it helps with my plantar fasciitis. The only thing I do not like is the length of the insoles are long for my shoes; longer for one of the shoes than the other. Even if I push them to the back of the shoe as much as I can, I feel they kind of wrinkle on the front of the shoe or where the toes are positioned. It is not extremely uncomfortable, but I do feel it and I am getting used to it. I do not want to cut the insoles in order for them to fit in my shoes because I do not want to mess up the shape of the insole. Overall, I think this is a good brand of insoles and will be purchasing another pair. In the pictures I posted, you will be able to see the wrinkled portion of the insole, this is how they fit in my shoes; they fit a little long for my shoes. P.S. My size of shoes is women's 7.5 regular and the size of insoles is for women's 7-8.5

Finally got relief!
I have had seriously painful plantar fasciitis for about 6 years now. I been doing all exercises and icing and buying expensive shoes to try and eliviate the pain, and only got minimal relief. I was told to try these that the doctor prescribed them to my friend and her plantar fasciitis went completely away. So I have been wearing them for about 2 months now , and I can honestly say, they are amazing! My feet are starting to feel a lot better! I still have pain but it is slowly getting less and less painful , still can't go barefoot, keep icing and the exercises to stretch the tendons. I highly recommend these! Never thought I would be getting relief. Try them, and wear them every day and you will definitely start feeling better! I am going to be getting more so I don't have to keep swapping from different shoes!

Excellent product. I use these as inserts in regular shoes to cycle and they stiffen up the shoe to prevent foot soreness and pain.
