Almost Perfect - One Big Drawback

I live in an older home with poor lighting and have been looking for cordless lights to place above my kitchen sink and underneath my upper cabinets for more light on my countertop workspace. After researching different brands on Amazon, I decided to purchase two packs of these Litake rechargeable lights, for a total of four lights. I made the mistake of forgetting to clean the surface before I tried to place the first light, so it kept falling down. However, I cleaned the surface and then applied new double-sided tape, so it is fine now. The lights install very easily and are easy to remove from the magnetic backing when it is time to charge them. They are a nice brightness when freshly charged, and the remote is a great feature. Oddly, all four of my lights go on together when I press the "On" button, but I have to point the remote directly at each light to turn it off. This is not a nuisance, just an odd quirk. Since I bought two packs of lights, I keep a remote on each side of my kitchen. The big drawback with these lights is that the power does not last a long time, and then it takes a couple hours to charge each light. If you are spending the day in the kitchen, baking or preparing a large meal, do not expect the lights to last more than one day. Fortunately, they are rechargeable and just need to plug in, so you are not wasting a ton of batteries. Oh, and the tiny little cords that come with the lights are basically useless. I already had some longer charging cords on hand that I use instead. All in all, I would recommend the lights (if you are willing to recharge them frequently) and actually plan to buy another package.

Excellent for Van Conversions

I cannot believe how awesome these lights are. Driving with them in place is not a problem, the lights stayed in place. I used industrial strength velcro and it is not moving unless I want it to. The remotes make turn on/off so much easier. If you need extra lighting I recommend these! Easy to install the magnet is strong. The brightness is unbelievable, but it will also dim.

Great Design, Great Light, Great Value!

These lights are awesome! I bought them for under my desk to light up my keyboard and it works perfectly. It gives off so much light and they last all day. Like literally I will have them on at 6am and they won’t start dimming until like 8PM. The light is nice and bright but not overly harsh. It’s perfect for small spaces, but it also lights up larger spaces really well too. I bought another set for our closets and it gives off just as much light as an installed overhead fixture, maybe better. I also love that the mount is magnetic, it’s such a clever design. I just pop them off at the end of the day and recharge them. Since it comes with two you can also cycle them out, use one while the other is charging. They recharge pretty quickly too, maybe like an hour or two? I bought another set for downstairs. It’s a good value since they give you a set of two lights and mounts. They double really well as handheld lights too, which adds to their value even more. I’ve used them like that to look in drawers, under the bed, etc. I can’t emphasize enough how much better these are than battery powered puck lights. If you want something bright, easy to mount, rechargeable, multi-functional, and long lasting get these!

Absolutely the perfect solution for my needs. The video says it all.

The media could not be loaded. The video really does say it all, but I'm not kidding or overhyping...these lights are perfect. They do everything I need/want them to do, the remote works from every location in the room, and they give my display case jewelry-store quality lighting. I love that they are rechargeable, have slim clean lines, and the light is BRIGHT! These are great, so great in fact that as I state in the video, I ordered 4 more lights the following day. I have been looking for weeks for just the right light and finally chose these and I am glad I did!

Light up my life

Bought these for a under stairs closet about 7x3 feet in size, these 2 strips light up my closet very well. The best part is they are rechargeable...no replacing of any batteries.

Great little Lights...If Both Worked

Ordered a 2 pack and one was defective upon arrival. The other was good and if both worked would be perfect for what I need them from. Picture shows both plugged in and on 100%. One will just not get bright at all.

Does NOT hold charge

I purchased a total of eight lights for use in my kitchen. Six (6) of the eight lights DO NOT hold a charge for an extended length of time. I have had to recharge them 4 times and I RARELY turn them on. Only two (2) of the eight have held the initial charge. This tells me the (6) that need multiple re-charges are faulty but it is past my return time. I would be happy if they would just replace them. If the six lights held their charge like the two lights, I would give a much higher rating.
