Spenco Insoles are some of the best!

The first pair of these I bought came from the podiatrist. The cost was about twice what I paid for them on Amazon. I have tried several brands and keep coming back to Spenco for my plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. Now when I get new shoes I also get a pair of these to go in them.

Very stiff and noisy!

They feel ok but are so hard and noisy. So noisy I stopped using them and went to Vionic slim inserts, which are perfect. Very bummed these didn’t work out.

It Works

They make a great deal of difference to me. My podiatrist said that high arches are especially important for people with flat feet. He was right, I no longer have foot pain.

The best

Have been using these (specifically this brand) for thirty-plus years. Yes, I have given others a try...usually because they cost less. As always, the saying "you get what you pay for", firmly applies here. Absolutely no comparison...they perform better and longer than any others. Nothing more need be said.

Unlike the Rx ones, I didn't mind these in my shoes. In fact, I'm ordering more so I don't have to move them daily. I wish they could go in my slippers. It really helped the pain in my feet.

Can't believe these are that good.

I can't believe these inexpensive arch supports actually work. They are much better for me than the expensive ones I had custom made for $200 from the Dr. Immediately relieved my aching feet and getter better day by day.

Full size better

Great brand, I bought a different model that helped then saw the Rx. Mistakenly got the 3/4 version and it can move some and become uncomfortable. Amazon gave me a credit and I got the full size

Personally it wouldn't fit in any of my shoes comfortably. Cant return and now am stuck with it ...

Not really a slim insole that you could wear in low profile shoes. Personally it wouldn't fit in any of my shoes comfortably. Cant return and now am stuck with it sitting in a box.

Plantar fasciitis. Doctor proposed to look for bone spurs with xray.

Difficulty walking on my left foot. As an exercise pointing my toes downward was helpful but no fix. The insole made the difference. After one day getting up in the morning with no pain standing on bare feet is a treat. Not a perfect fit, but close. We'll see in a few months.
