Best purchase I’ve made this year
I tore a ligament in my foot and had pain walking for two months— I had a trip planned to hike the Inca Trail in Peru and my Doctor didn’t think I should go, but since I’m stubborn and insisted on going, he recommended these orthotics and they definitely saved me. They provided lots of support and comfort that I needed along the trail. Definitely a great purchase for anyone with low arches or foot injuries.

They worked for me.
I actually got relief quickly. Can't wear them 24/7 at first. You can wear them a little longer each day, and after about a week or so, you can wear them comfortably. The relief is worth it.

Comfort insoles
My feet hurt and I walk a lot at work no matter what shoe I buy I have to use these insoles for comfort to make it though my 8 hour shifts constantly on my feet for 18 years on concrete

I have very high arches and problematic calves-- surgery-related nerve and vascular damage have made it necessary to use some sort of orthotic in my shoes. I have a pair of super expensive podiatrist-made orthotics that I use most days. However, the cost of replacement forced me consider an over-the-counter orthotic for use in my garden/ work-site shoes. I first bought this Spenco 3/4 length orthotic several years ago at Wal-mart, I think. My existing pair was very comfortable, and performed most like my prescription orthotics, but was a tad too big for my aforementioned cruddy work shoes. I couldn't find Spenco orthotics anywhere in town, and the others shoe inserts I tried just didn't offer the same comfort and support. Amazon was pretty much the only seller I could find that carried the 3/4 length in a size 5-6. They took a while longer than anticipated to arrive, but are identical in quality/comfort/support to the Spenco orthotics I bought years ago. As I write this, I'm almost tempted to buy a spare pair for future use in fear that they may not be available when the time comes.

Great but squeaky
These are definitely the best orthotic inserts that I've had but there is one downfall; they are so squeaky!! Maybe I just have a defective pair. I've had them for about six months and they are noticeably squeaky and loud. I don't think I've worn them out as this started immediately and I only wear them for about 20 minutes a day. Also, I can confirm that the shoes themselves are not squeaky as I have also worn them without the inserts and they're fine. I would definitely buy them again to see if I just had a defective pair because they are so supportive!

Good Insoles for the Money
I got these to replace some 10+ year old orthopedic prescription insoles. Good - They had good cushion -They have held up well in the months that I have had them -They fit well in my shoes -I like that they do not have much bulk in the toe portion so they fit more comfortably in small shoes. Bad -I liked the shape that they came in, it supported my foot well. However, as I have worn them the “hump” has worn down or something and it is not as supportive as it had been. I have not tried reshaping them yet. Overall good, cheap insoles that look like they will last me a long time.
