Superb Cleaning Power Brush
My family has a dog that rarely sheds but once in a while we can see clumps of hair laying around the house and it's just easier to have a robotic vacuum to remember to vacuum for you instead of doing it yourself once a week only on the weekends. This Brush that didn't come with our original Neato is amazing! It's a lot quieter than the plastic/rubber only brush and leaves the clean vacuum rows on the floor like a normal vacuum would. I would suggest cleaning the brush after every 2-3 runs because hair will get stuck around it as some other reviewers mentioned, This is because this brush picks up a lot more debris and dust around your house than the original brush. It's not hard to notice the difference. If you clean it out normally when you empty the dust bin, you should be fine. Pros: Quiet! The Neato is quite loud, this brush reduces the noise on the carpet somewhat, but on our laminate flooring it's extremely quiet and we can sleep while it's cleaning. More Picked up: More dust and hair is picked up around our house than with the old brush. It feels a lot cleaner. Vacuum lines: This brush helps leave better vacuum lines in the floor, I don't know if this is just me but I just like the look of a freshly vacuumed floor! Cons: Cleaning out the brush: Since it's more likely to pick up hair, you have to clean out the brush more frequently compared to the plastic/rubber only brush. Emptying the dirt bin more: Oh wait that's a POSITIVE THING! It cleans a lot better. Silly me! :) I cannot be more happier with my Neato vacuum and this accessory for it.

Working Great!
I purchased this Neato Combo Brush to replace a beat up, lint filled, fallen apart, original brush that came with the Neato Signature Pro XV when new. The original Brush lasted for nearly 7 years. I purchased this particular brush over other slightly cheaper brushes, because in the advertisement, they claim it's a Genuine Neato Accessory. I wanted the same satisfaction I got from the original factory product. I have no way of comparing the cheaper available versions of the product, but when comparing my old beat up brush to the new one, the quality was obvious. I've been running this replacement brush daily and I now realize how important a new brush is to the Neato Vacuum cleaner. My dust bin is now packed with dog hair and other miscellaneous debris...not just lightly packed like before. It's obviously doing a much better job than with the old beat up brush. So far I'm very happy.

Perfect Fit For XV Signature (XV-21)
I'm not sure about the reviews saying it doesn't fit the Signature. The one i received fits fine. Gave new life to my Neato. The quality looks identical to the original. The combination of silicone with bristles is effective with hair and a lot more quiet than just silicone.

Fits Perfectly
A friend gave me a Neato XV21 but it needed a brush and filters. I checked Amazon for Neato parts, found the Neato Combo Brush for a good price, checked the reviews and decided to buy it. It turned out to be a good choice. It was very easy to install; fit perfectly and turned my Neato XV21 into a very efficient and thorough cleaning tool. I definitely recommend this brush for anyone that is looking to replace a brush on the Neato XV series.

Quiet
Brush is much quieter than the straight blade beater brush. It appears to be similar in effectiveness at picking up debris. The only downside I have found is that long hair is wound around the brush rather than sucked into the dust bin. The straight blade beater bar is much better at directing long hair into the bin than this brush/blade combo. I'd probably choose this over the straight blade simply for the massive reduction in noise. It's worth the extra effort of needing to clean hair out after every run.

neato bot vac brush
This fit well. OMG i have had the plastic brush on my vac since beginning. That is what it came with. It has always sounded like an airplane taking off and very noisy. I put this brush on and my bot is quiet. Can hardly hear it. I wish i had purchased this sooner. Also, cleans floor a lot better than the plastic brush. Great purchase. Will def buy again when it needs replacing

Not good for hardwood floors
The original factory Neato "ribbed" brushes made quite a racket as they contacted my hardwood floors, and they did a good job of picking up the dust and debris. Sure, these new brushes are a lot quieter, and yes, the Neato battery lasts longer -- because the brushes don't quite contact the hardwood. They seem to float 1/16" above the surface. So they'll still pick up the big stuff but don't thoroughly clean my hardwood. I keep finding small things left behind. I can't return them but I'm going to order the original style brushes now. Oh, I have two Neato XV Signature Pro's (so double the cost in brushes for me ... I really ought to have tried one set before purchasing the second).

Keeping Wilson happy
I've had Wilson, my first Neato vacuum, for about 10 years. We've been good for each other for the most part. Every once in a while, I just like to treat him to something new: batteries, a new dirt bin, etc. This time I replaced his brush sweep. I think he really appreciated it and, in return, seems to be doing an especially good job around the house lately. It's a relationship that's worth the effort.

More effective cleaning than the blade brush & much quieter
My Neato XV Signature came with the "blade" type brush, and I bought this combo brush as an upgrade. This brush makes the Neato much. much quieter on carpets, and it also seems to pick up significantly more dust, fluff and hair than the blade brush. So on both counts, it does seem like a massive improvement in performance. The only negative I've encountered are that the new brush seems more prone to snag on one of our rugs than the previous blade brush. I've had to rescue the cleaner a couple of times when it started trying to eat the rug, which didn't happen with the blade brush. Aside from that issue, I think this is a worthwhile upgrade and it seems to perform a lot better on carpet, and is much quieter. It's very easy to swap between the two brushes if required.

Well worth the money - don't buy a knockoff
Easy to fit, works perfectly. I bought this after trying a 3rd party replacement in my XV Signature Pro. This one is a genuine Neato product, came next day, fits easily and works perfectly, as you'd expect. The 3rd party one took ten days to arrive, and I couldn't get it to work at all. The end bearings were too long, the brush was an awkward fit, and the notches for the drive belt weren't well made, so although it would turn by hand, the vacuum refused to use it, even after I'd swapped the bearings and some other parts out of the old original brush. Moral: just buy the real thing.
