I do not know
I do not have pets, so do not know how good this is picking up hairs. It picks up a lot of dust, and pieces of whatever I have dropped on the floor. (Potato chip crumbs?) I have low pile carpet. Have only used once for bathroom (kept getting stuck around toilet) and a few times for kitchen. It gets stuck in hallway by thingy that stops door from hitting wall. Tries to climb it. It gets stuck other places, sometimes. So I spend time moving things like tray tables to prevent that. Which is too much like work for me! I do not like that it does not say how long battery lasts or how long to run it. The light stays red even after long time charging. When I push to power on, nothing; push a 2nd time, it is raring to go. I love it vacuuming under sofa and bed.

Wish can have more suction power.
Even when it does an good job, I wish this vacuum can have more suction power, just a little bit. It does a good job picking up mess, I can see that when I open the dust collection compartment on top of the vacuum. It doesn't take the full four hours to charge completely, that's a pro. The only cons is the power for suction. Will be the perfect robot with that few extra power.

A sub $100 floor vaccum bot that gets the job done on hard floors; but only hard floors.
I've been looking into a robotic vacuum for quite some time now, but the price of owning one was always a put off. After doing some homework on the most affordable "brand name" robot I could find, I stumbled upon the PUCRC25 (and its brother the PUCRC26B) which to my knowledge the only difference between the two is the color. In other words, the C26B is just the black variant of the C25. I won't bore you on the details of its technical specs or how it compares to other robots in its price category because simply put; this is my first one. All I knew of this particular model was that it was intended for people who have hard floors and didn't want to pay extra for anything else other than an automatic floor vacuum bot. If you really need to know its quirks - here they are. It needs to bump into something (twice) in order to turn away and move onto another path. It turns right often than left. This can cause it to repeatedly bump into something - especially office chairs or dining chairs. It's rather loud not due to the sound of the vacuum running, but the sound of the bumper hitting against something twice. It needs to charge 4 hours from "empty" to full - and its run time is about 30 to 40 minutes before stopping. It needs a pre filter over the dust bin which is kinda flimsy and easily broken. It's my biggest worry breaking first on the unit. To this end, it works as intended. I charge up the bot turn it on and it does its thing. I think after letting it run its first job and seeing the results in the dust bin - I would say it's an excellent "maintenance" bot in-between major cleanings. I would like to point out the amount of random crumbs and hairs that build up in a matter of a day in a household can be surprising; and this is coming from someone who is tidy and cleans the floors thoroughly every 2-3 days on the dot rain or shine. That being said I always keep my reviews "up to date" meaning that the first impressions (like this one) will be updated accordingly as the months go by of owning this thing. I'll voice any concerns over longevity and customer support (if needed) once the time arrives and will be happy to answer any questions someone might have on it. But as of right now - so far so good. It's exactly what I imagined a $100 shipped to your door robot would do. It's not replacing my main vacuum cleaner or specialized mop any time soon - but it's nice to have something to help keep the house just a little bit cleaner. [Update] Registration for the 1 year warranty has claims that additional items (or prizes) will be sent after registration. However, I have had no contact after registering the item so I'm dropping a star for lack of customer support contact. Also the unit does not have readily available replacement parts for sale - specifically the battery pack. The only one available costs upwards of $75+ making it not viable. I'm going to try another model of vacuum's battery pack that appears similarly made and will report back if it works. [Update 2] 3 Months of continuous use and now the vacuum seems to be struggling to get suction. Something appears wrong with the motor and it sounds quite weak and not as strong as when it first was working. Not sure if it's a battery issue or not - but not a good sign. I'm dropping it down to 2 stars at this point and would advise people to start looking into other robo vacs. I'm not going to loose sleep over it - but $100 for 3 months of use is one expensive experiment. Also as a side note - I never did get the "prize" as mentioned in Update 1. They said they were temporarily "out of stock" of the replacement brushes / filters and would notify me when they got them back. Haven't heard a peep or update since. [Update 3] 02/04/2019 and the unit is dead. It has been dead since December of last year actually, but I finally got around to updating this review when I had the time. The main vacuum motor died on me and no longer has suction. Oddly enough the battery is still fine and the wheel motors / brush motors are ok. It simply just no longer sucks up dust anymore defeating the purpose of using it. I've contacted "ryanwithpyle" Gmail address who was the last person that ever spoke to me regarding the promotional items and have received no response. Asking for warranty information from him also yielded no response. Even attempts at warranty service through normal channels lead you to send the item back to some rather unknown address in NY which appears to be a 3rd party service center that is contracted to "fix" broken electronics. And they want $15 bucks upfront to ship the item back with no guarantees when you'll ever get it back. Pretty much done at this point with this experiment. I would advise you avoid this particular vacuum unless you happen to live near the service center and can literally walk there should something arise. It's too much of a hassle to contact anyone regarding the matter nor getting it serviced. Good luck.

Fits perfectly
We LOVE our little vacuum. Our toddler has nicknamed it RoRo and she loves to watch RoRo clean the floors. These parts fit perfectly and we will definitely be getting more!

Great for flat places.
Works wonders on terrazzo. I was expecting to hate it. But it actually pics up lots of dust. It’s not a great stand alone but for picking up cat hit Throughout the day or in the camper it’s great.

Had trouble navigating between rugs, carpet, and hard floors
It had trouble transitioning between floor types (hard floors to rugs and carpeting) and would often just stop completely when making the attempt. Probably best in a hard floor only home. We returned it.

Excellent for large open rooms (few obstacles like chairs, tables, etc.) and low-pile carpets or smooth floors.
Wasn't sure what to expect for $100. Pros: Product seems sturdy, suction is what you would expect for something this small. Works well on hardwood and low-pile carpets at picking up small, loose particles. Small enough to go under couches and if you have a lot of open floor space with low-pile carpet, it's great. Completely kid safe and easy to empty and clean. Cons: Gets stuck on things like the feet of a rocking chair or the corners of rugs and doesn't do well with any cords (e.g. if you have some cords for an electronic device you've hidden behind the couch...it will likely get stuck) Only turns right and tends to get "stuck in a circle" when it makes it's way into a smaller spaces. It appears that the mechanism for turning (when it hits a wall or some other immovable object) seems to always turn at more 35-40 degrees, never allowing it to get out of an area if the entrance-way is small. This same issue causes problems in areas where there are a lot of objects for it to run into (think underneath the kitchen table with all those kitchen legs). Overall, this product is worth the $100, especially If your house is mainly large open rooms with smooth floors. If this had the ability to program where you wanted it to go, (i.e. map the outline of the rooms) it would be excellent.
