Beware Not Red. its PINK

I was disappointed it was more like a dark pink. Definitely not red. I will still use it for face painting butterflies etc.. but for my Spidermans I will stick to the regular Snazaroo Red.

Not for me

My skin color is more of a tan/bronze. When I applied this makeup, I looked bruised... not really what I was going for. It's too sheer, so it didn't create an even cover. Not my favorite.

I love Snazaroo face paint and have used it many times in the past. I bought this for a cosplay my 4-year-old son was doing, as Mettaton Ex from the video game Undertale. Mettaton is a robot, and has silver metal pieces on his otherwise white face.. Just as high quality and easy-to-use as all the other Snazaroo face paint I've used, my only real complaint is that .. it doesn't look very silver. My daughter used Snazaroo Clown White for her Sans (a skeleton, also from Undertale) cosplay, and I also painted most of my son's face in the same shade, except for the metallic pieces on the side... I couldn't tell a difference between the Clown White and Metallic Silver. Perhaps it would be more obvious if I layered it on thicker, or used less water, or maybe if he didn't have such naturally pale skin. If you really want silver, I recommend you get it and try it out for yourself.. but be warned that it may just look white! Ease of Use : Most Snazaroo face paint is much like watercolor paint. You have to apply water and mix it in to use it. It's very easy to use, though! I stored some paintbrushes in a bottle of water for quick touch-ups during the convention, and it was easy to just whip out the paint, get out one of the paintbrushes, and apply on-the-spot. How does it look? Not streaky or smudgy, unless you botch the touch ups too badly. It can come off when you eat or drink, and needs touched up after meals. How does it feel? Not too heavy, it dries smooth and not at all oily or sticky. My 4-year-old was able to tolerate having it on his face all day, so I think most people could. I highly recommend Snazaroo in general, just not this particular shade.

Great coverage with easy removal

I applied this with water and a silicone mask spatula. The coverage is buildable to full coverage. It took about 15 minutes to completely transform my face and neck. I did use a basic pore hiding primer which contributed some to the ease of application so I recommend for others to do so, as well. I have a histamine disorder that causes me severe allergic reactions to substances at times and this happily caused zero rash or itchiness for me. There is absolutely no fragrance. Wearing near my sensitive eyes was no trouble either. It was easily removed with basic makeup remover and a cloth. I wore this on Halloween outdoors and in the rain. It did run just a bit but it also dries easily and isn’t doesn’t cake at all so that wasn’t much of an issue with an umbrella. Overall, this product was much better than any other Halloween makeup I’ve ever attempted to use. I garnered lots of compliments on how well my makeup looked and many people asked what type of product I used because the coverage was so good.

Water activated and good color!

I used this product to rep a team color at summer camp- as a leader I had many kids using it. It’s a great value, everyone used it for multiple days and still have left over. It is a very cute color and was able to use it in my makeup. The only thing is that you need water to activate it and sometime not the easiest on the go. Other than that the color was great, it stayed, and it vibrant.

Would buy again, but wish it came with instructions.

I used this body paint for Halloween cosplay. It looked great when I was done. No complaints there. It did take a very long time to apply. It arrived in a timely fashion. I will say that there are no instructions on the container for how to use, and that was a bit of a damper. I ended up buying face paint sponges and getting them wet, then squeezing the water into the paint to make it more spreadable. I then used the sponge to apply the paint. Additionally, I want to add that it comes off immediately upon getting wet. You need to reapply after washing your hands even. It is VERY easy to remove. Overall I believe this was a worthwhile purchase for what I needed it for.

Will buy more!! Bright red, bright green, bright yellow and electric gold

I brought 4 colors. Bright red, bright green, bright yellow and electric gold. I like that it's water-based, it makes it easier to clean my brushes and skin. They also blend well with each other. I just did a swatch test to see how well it shows up on my skin. No reaction so far. The gold blends with my skin tone but it is definitely metallic. The only one I don't really like is the bright yellow cause it looks neon and I was hoping for a normal yellow. But I will definitely be buying more.

Good face paint

Not bad but realised I had to wet the sponge to get the paint to cover my face however it took a while to get it to show. Bit expensive for what it is though

Waste of money

Got this for Halloween as the children wanted white faces, opened this and it just even work i tried warm sponge fingers to apply it and nothing such a disappointment luckily bought some other face paints and had a bit of white. I know not to buy this or recommend to no one
