Good coverage

I bought this for my Jeff the killer cosplay. It's a bit thick so takes a lot of smoothing but overall worth the money

Not Half Bad

I actually bought this to be a white base for some goth makeup I wanted to start attempting. Ben Nye powder alone on Amazon was around $20 so I wanted to look for some cheaper alternatives for a "foundation" and white powder. This is what I settled on! I haven't had the opportunity to wear the makeup out to see how long it would last but I will say it's very easily removed. I used dry cloth and it came off so I don't think it's too resilient. I just made some test swatches on my hand to see how opaque it was. It's not terrible in a first layer but if you really want it white you'll have to layer a little more. I used Mehron makeup setting powder in ultra white to top it off to have an idea on what it would look like together which wasn't bad but I'm sort of thinking every face crevice would be apparent. First picture is a one layer application vs a two layer application. Second is seeing how well a first application would cover a tattoo. Not very well but I'm confident with more layering it would be much better. Third is a picture of the powder by itself (on the left) and then the powder on top of the face paint. I'll come back and edit my review once I wear it more!

I’d probably buy it again, it takes a few coats if you use a beauty blender but it goes a long way and for a first timer it’s definitely good !!

Absolutely Awesome!

This stuff works great for kids costumes that require face/body paint. It goes on easy, caused no irritation at all (and my daughter has sensitive skin), and it washes off so easy! I could not believe how easy this stuff washes off, after it held up so well for all of Halloween evening. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this product!

I love Snazaroo face makeup

I love Snazaroo face makeup! I've used it for years on my children. Recently I bought this Clown White tub for my daughter's convention costume. She wanted to be Sans from the video game Undertale. Sans is a skeleton .. so I definitely needed lots of white. Ease of Use : This is very easy to use. Most Snazaroo paint is more like watercolor, you need to add water and mix it around with a sponge or paintbrush before you can use it. This kind is already wet, so you just dip your applicator in, and put it on immediately. Very easy to use. How does it look? It looks great. It isn't streaky, it isn't smudgy .. the only caveat is that you have to put it all on at once. Later applications will be kind of obvious if you put more over the already-dried-on paint. But it wasn't terrible, we had to touch her makeup up a few times (after eating), and it still looked acceptable by the end of the day. How does it feel? It's not incredibly heavy, and once it dries it is pretty smooth and not oily. My 4-year-old can tolerate a face full of Snazaroo face paint for an entire day, so I think most people could handle it alright. I highly recommend this product! Snazaroo is the only brand of face paint we use!

good coverage and layers well, a little bit patchy and has to be applied with a brush, but for the price point it's expected. i'm darker skinned so the fact that i could get a full white base is really nice!

Decent for kids, but wouldn't use for any professional projects

Those of us in the face paint and clown communities are always hoping to find decent make ups and paints that will wash off with the least amount of effort yet provide long-lasting coverage. I know; I'm too idealistic for my own good. Anyway, if you're painting faces and are looking for a decent water based clown white, this will work okay. I wouldn't use it for anything where you want a good professional look for photos or anything, as it doesn't cover as well as regular clown white and finger slapping it will not smooth it out like regular clown white does. However, if you are at a kid's function and you're turning kids into clowns, this would be appropriate to use because it will wash off easily with soap and water. Once you get the hang of using it it will cover decently, will make kids feel great about having a face covered in paint and parents will be okay with its ease of removal.

J'ai acheté pour un maquillage d'halloween à première vu le pot semble petit mais il en faut peu pour couvrir l'entier du visage et quand même confortable n'a pas d'effet dessécher sur la peau après quelques heure! Bon produit!

Great coverage, hard to work with

I bought this for World Book Day, my kids wanted to be the Mad Hatter so I needed white make-up. The makeup itself was great and had great coverage. It was pigmented enough for one layer and for the price it was definitely worth the money. However, and this maybe my fault for assuming and over estimating, I could not add normal eyeshadow and blend it nicely because the makeup just didn't dry. I tried a hairdryer to speed up drying and tried setting it with powder but it just didn't work! When I tried blending the eye makeup, it just mixed with the white and made the eyeshadow lighter. So I ended up having to just pat on the eyeshadow without blending. I guess if you're using facepaint to complete your look then it may work fine. I may try to not cover the places I want to add eyeshadow next time and see if that works????????

Good product . We used it for a video shoot where the most del needs to appear all white skin colour. A little editing n looks good.

Not Bad but Not Good as Well

It is hard to spread and you need to apply many layers to work, I feel that it is expensive as well compared to the volume of the container.
