easy assembly, u can make foot print larger than others
You must change your search wording. I looked under fire log stacking, your product did not show up. I searched for firewood stacking, again yours did not show up. After all this searching, I purchased from a local hardware store some brackets, hate them, returning them. Finally I dug through all my papers and found the Seymour name on the instructions then finally found yours. Fix your search criteria.

Great value - Wonderful quality
I bought these about a year ago to build a rack for my firewood. I used pressure treated 2x4's (x8' length) that I purchased from the local DIY store along with deck screws to hold the lumber parts securely to the brackets. The parts went together very easily with just a slight bit of trimming with a jigsaw at the end of some of the 2x4's to make them fit into the brackets. It took about an hour with all the cutting, assembling, and screwing to finish the project from beginning to end. I could have built a wood rack without these brackets, but I think that without these brackets, it would have either taken more lumber and much, much more time to put together something that is as strong and that can hold as much firewood as a rack built with these brackets. Using the 2"x4"x8' pressure treated lumber, the wood rack I built with these brackets can hold between 1/3 and 1/2 cord of firewood wood. I supported the woodrack on a couple of thin concrete blocks about an inch or two off the ground so the rack and firewood stayed off the wet ground. My wood rack has lasted over a year now in rain, snow, and sun and it's as solid and strong as the day I built it. TIP: I bought a small tarp and some bungee cords from the local DIY store to cover the top of my firewood rack; I screwed in some eye bolts directly into the lumber frame of my wood rack to hold the bungee cords in place. The DIY solution was a lot cheaper than purchasing one of the larger 8-foot-long firewood rack covers available online.) I'm happy with these brackets.

Sturdy, flexible uses
Purchased these 20 yrsago and still using them as my log storer. Still work great. Needed a “ temporary” cover for summer furniture and built one out of 2x4 , supports , and covered with a heavy tarp. Thought it would last one season ;but, take it down each spring, use the stuff during the summer AND re assemble it each fall and have used it for 12 seasons. Great quality steel. Even 20 year plus items still have original paint ! Update: Used brackets to make a shed addition and 2 rolling machine tool stands. Great gadget to build 2x4 corners. Super steel and incredibly simple design. Upon my recommendation , neighbor built a very sturdy. Workbench using these brackets.

Seymour 30-360 Stack It Brackets
Brackets worked out very well for outdoor stacking of firewood. Used pressure treated 2 x 4s (8 feet long at base) and built the height to 5 feet (only 4 feet is recommended for height). To give added strength I added a 2 x 4 cross piece (from left over scrap) at the top of each end and then added 2 - 8 foot boards on top of the cross pieces. With the top boards the unit is very solid. My wife says the structure looks like a bunk bed. The addition to the top not only gives the overall structure more strength, but I now have a surface to store kindling on and a tarp will fit over the whole thing more neatly during the winter. Note: The instructions recommend a cross piece UNDER the bottom span to help support the wood stack. I would make this mandatory, especially since I am building mine 1 foot higher than recommended (wood is very heavy). I am actually thinking of using 2 equally spaced supports under the bottom span in future builds just in case. If you have spare pressure treated 4 x4s lying around you could use them for the bottom cross pieces in the brackets as well as the span supports. That probably would help extend the life of the structure by raising it farther above ground. Definitely recommend these brackets. I have ordered 5 more to finish stacking the 3+ cords of wood I have. I really like the flexibility these brackets offer so I can vary the design as needed.

Solid and long lasting
Five or 6 years ago I built a small shelter to hold a full cord of firewood (8'L, 4' W, 6' H), using these to create a solid base. That shelter is still standing well and I just bought another set to build another, slightly larger shelter. The brackets allow me to build without setting posts in the ground (horrible rocky clay) and the weight of the wood keeps them from moving.

Easy and sturdy, with some adjustments
I've built four 8x4 wood racks so far. Yes, I could build them without the brackets but it makes them really easy. Do make sure the wood fits through both holes, I'm happy I read that tip here before I bought wood. Though usually if you buy six 2x4s you will find 2 that fit both ends. I also use 2x4s at the top along the full length, both sides, which keep the uprights from bowing out, and a small one between the two uprights, which might be overkill. Those extra steps make a super sturdy rack. We can build one in less than half an hour now. Don't worry about the holes being right across from each other, you only need to screw in from one side, and if you want to bolt it (not necessary, in my opinion), you need the two holes to line up. I also don't mind if the wood doesn't fill the whole space, once screwed in everything is sturdy enough that I didn't feel the need to shim.

Durable, well made wood rack brackets!
Convenient wood rack bracket joint!. Very durable as well. I slapped together my oversized wood rack to hold a little over 2 full cords in about 1 hour including cutting and assembly - its more like a stackable wood pit. After loading with wood, it certainly became overloaded on the sides as the stacked wood settles outwards. My treated 2x4 lumber verticals worked their way to about 30 degrees off the vertical axis, and its been like that for over 2 years now (Its truly seasoned wood, and I know, the rack needs side supports!) . Anyway, these rack joint brackets have not bent or worn whatsoever. They are very well made, and they have not corroded either. Its nice to know that basic metal part products like this can still be made of good quality and well-made. The only con is that the wood to pretty close to the ground, but this can be worked around rather easily.

Easy to use, strong log rack brackets.
These brackets are easy to use and stand up to lots of weight. I use them with 4' high 2x4s and I load up the rack with firewood. I've bought multiple sets already. I highly recommend them.
