A dream to cook with!
Replacing our worn out Classic with MANY years of service on it (had finally started to stick when cooking fish, etc.) I was happy to see this model was still available. Surprised when I opened it up to see that the "plaid/checkerboard" pattern on the cooking surface was no longer there. Took just the first salmon filet to realize the current non-stick coating is GREAT. As fans of the Classic have experienced, it distributes heat evenly, doesn't stick (unless you insist on using it for 20 years!) and is SO easy to clean. The plastic handle is easy to grip and feels very secure, the cooking surface for a 10" pan is spacious, and the pan always feels balanced and easy to handle. Brings a smile to my face when I cook with it.

Great Pan!
I have the 12 ½" non-induction skillet. I love this skillet! I have had it for 2 years and use it nearly every day. About 2 weeks ago everything started to stick. Knowing they have a lifetime warranty, I called the manufacturer today. They told me that usually if the skillets start to stick its because it needs to be deep cleaned. They emailed me very specific instructions to do this (very easy) and much to my surprise, they were right! My favorite skillet is back in service with no more sticking problems. I highly recommend this skillet!

Great pans but received a damaged fry pan.
I Love ScanPan, have had them at our home for many years. Purchased new fry pans every couple years as the non stick just wears out eventually. Key factor NO RIVETS! I hate having rivet heads in my pan. Hard (impossible) to clean, and WHY? It must be less expensive, because ScanPan seems to be the only manufacturer left making this type pan. ONLY DOWNSIDE OF THIS TRANSACTION: One of the fry pans came scratched. It was absolute bottom of the box, last one I unpacked. I talked with amazon, they assured me the seller would be in contact with me. That was 24 hours ago…nothing yet. Will see how this seller turns out. SJTIME INC. is seller…time is ticking.

Too thin for uniform temperature distribution
I purchased the classic 8" and 10" non-stick frying pans to replace a different brand whose coatings had deteriorated after 7 years of use. I had high hopes for the quality and performance of these pans. I was disappointed. The pan material seems to be too thin to provide uniform temperature distribution across the pan when heating on a gas burner. A check of the temperature distribution with an infrared radiation thermometer gun shows large variations across the bottom of the pan which is reflected in the cooking performance. The handle, even though it is covered with a plastic resin cover gets uncomfortably hot near where it joins to the pan. You have to pay attention to avoid grabbing the plastic/resin handle too close to the pan which is the natural place to grab it for best balance when lifting the pan.

Best non stick pan I’ve owned
This is my second purchase from this brand and I will never use another non stick pan again. Great overall buy.

Lost non-stick after 3 years
I’d have given 5 stars because I adored this pan. I had to deduct because it’s super expensive and the non-stick didn’t last. I bought it in 2020 and have hand washed it 99% of the time with a soft sponge. It’s gone in the top shelf of the dishwasher maybe 5 times in the last 3 years when I just felt I needed to sanitize. At this point I need to cook with oil because it’s no longer non-stick. For that much money I think I’ll look for something more durable.

Solid, heats well, non-stick
This a fabulous pan, as it should be for the price. Very solid. I like the Bakelite handle better than the hollow stainless steel of the CRX series, but that's me. Nothing to complain about, except my pocketbook. Although Scanpans last a lifetime, it seems, so I shouldn't whine.

A thing of beauty
Just love ScanPan! They are the best pots, frying pan, crepe pan, Roasting pan, Wok we have ever had. Rarely if ever have to go over medium heat. Clean up is a breeze! Cost some but worth every nickel!

Unfortunately one pan is dent
I received my order very fast. Loving the quality but unfortunately the 26cm pan arrived dent. I can still use it but it is very disappointing to receive a damaged item for this price.

Yes, this is truly non stick. No oil needed for eggs (although I do use a bit). Performs fantastically. BUT - let's see over time how does the non stick hold. I do own Scanpan 32cm CTX which lost most of its non stick coating, but is still OK. The scanpan 1.8l CTX saucepan is catastrophic - the eggs literally burn into them, I've never seen such a bad performance. So for now 5/5, but the ultimate test of non sticks is time - so far all my Scanpans have disappointed after 2years.
