Great Dye

This is my favorite dye. The colors are intense and as light-fast, as I have found. I use it on turned items and I airbrush it, flood it on with a brush, wipe it on with a paper towel and it always works great. Since it will get a finish applied over it, I don't need to set the dye so I can't comment on that aspect.

It works!

The colors are bright! Although I did have to use more than what was suggested for an 8oz mixture. My shirts came out vibrant. I was a bit worried with all of the reviews BUT if you read the label, its measured out by weight which is why some colors have more or less than the others. (How does one color have more weight, idk)

Nice starter kit

I was pleased with the results I got. Definitely an improvement over some other brands. Bright colors.

Bright colors that stay!

I used Ritz liquid dye for several shirts and the colors bled together and faded tremendously after washing (in cold water). This dye remained bright after several washings! It is slightly messy bc it’s a powder and requires mixing.

Worst thing to happen to me

Ever since I found this brand dye, I can't stand seeing white. It huants me. I have nightmares about white clothing. I stop strangers to check they're tags. Everything in my house is tie dyed. EVERYTHING. My socks. My clothes. My underwear. Towels. Curtains. Bed sheets. Pot holders. My dog... please... do not get this dye. Your life will never be the same..

Love this dye

If you want really great looking tye dyes that last and are not all faded out after 3 washes then this is the only dye. This is the top if the line. If you dont like what you got from this then its your fault. You dont know how to mix or you didnt use soda ash or you didnt let it heat or set overnight.The dye is the best. I can make any color i want with 4 colors they give me 8.

Great product, but some containers had less than others.

The containers are only 1/3 to just under half full (MAYBE) which is a bit misleading. I’m not sure if description is clear on that. Also, some jars had more powder than others. They work great and give beautiful results but pretty disappointed in the amount given. Will try to order outside of Amazon next time from a reputable reseller listed on Jacquard website. All bottle came shrink wrapped together which was nice and secure.

Smaller than expected

Didn’t expect the dye containers to be so tiny. Also not much powder dye in each container (half of it or less is filled with dye). Also knew ahead of ordering that it doesn’t actually come with Soda Ash. Yet, assuming maybe the soda ash is mixed in with the procion dye already. Other than that shipping was fast and came in perfect condition. Would recommend if you want a set of dye for a reasonable price Can’t wait to use them!!

Very nice colours

Works really well. These are professional level dyes. I would highly suggest researching how to use procion dyes properly. But amazing dyes! Very vibrant (careful if you want pastel lol)
