Great pillow, cooling is okay
If you're familiar with solid memory foam pillows, this is about as solid or dense as you'd want it, while still being quite comfortable. It is by no means a brick, you sink into it but to really get comfortable there is a break in period. All memory foam pillows have a break in period so reviews saying it's too stiff are right, however after a few weeks they will soften up I(still within the return window, thankfully). Getting a pillow that is slightly stiff but will end up comfortable for years is a good way to go if you like memory foam. Of all the pillows I've tried, this is the most comfortable once broken in. The cooling however is middling and wears off fairly quickly. I would recommend this for side sleepers, though I have woken up comfortably on my back. Too big for stomach sleepers.

Good for this side-sleeper.
Ordered this pillow based on Consumer Reports rating as good for people who prefer to sleep on their side. It has been supportive and most comfortable pillow I’ve ever found for that purpose. However, it’s also surprisingly heavy. Contrary to some other reviews, this does seem to be a genuine Sealy item, not a counterfeit or knockoff.

Firm, cold, and comfortable. Would recommend.
The pillow overall is very comfortable. The memory foam seems to be of good quality. The pillow has some give, but not enough to where your head will sink into the pillow and be uncomfortable. If you want a firm but comfortable pillow that will keep your neck in place, I would recommend this. The gel is also very cold, I would recommend using a pillow cover because the gel seems somewhat susceptible if you are too rough with it. As you can see on the pictures it arrived with some minor defects, overall it's not bad enough for a return.

So comfy!!
I really like these pillows!! I hesitated purchasing them because I bought some others previously (different brand) and was not pleased with them. I'm so glad I finally decided to buy these. They really are very comfortable, nice to sleep on, the gel is cooling, and I get good sleep! I would definitely buy these again!

Wonderful!
This pillow was everything I had been looking for in a pillow. I went from using 2 to 3 pillows to only needing this one. Its comfortable and keeps my head and neck cool all night long. I get hot in my sleep so finding a pillow that doesn't hold my heat is exactly what I needed. I have a sealy mattress and it doesn't disappoint so I'm glad the pillow also lives up to the hype.

The perfect pillow
The perfect pillow!!!! Conforms to your head but still provides support. This pillow never flattens out. I owned one for 6 years, just washed it up without issue. I left it at a hotel because I refused to even travel without it. Soooo I bought another one. The cooling side stays cool and is refreshing. I can’t go on enough about this pillow.

Very good support.
This pillow has very good support. It seems to contour with your neck and head to provide good support. I sleep on my side and it has really helped my neck comfort.

Simply wonderful. The firm, but soft feel into which your head gently sinks...makes me want to nap just thinking about it. Has a bit of an odd smell when you first unpackage it, but that goes away.

Comfy but pricey
Love this pillow. Very comfortable and firm. It gives my neck good support. Had to buy it because I washed my last one in the tub and it swelled up! So, don’t wash these haha. A bit pricey but I had no other options.
