Lofty and Plump
Immediately out of the plastic bag that these 2 pillows arrive in, I could tell that they were well made. The stitching and material used all look to be high quality. The outer shell of the pillows is made with a soft and pleasant to the skin fabric. Of course I still would recommend you use a pillow protector to extend the life of any pillow you would use! The pillows themselves are VERY plump and when I squeeze them I can feel the pieces of foam inside of them, but that is not to say that it is noticeable when you rest your head onto them. If you prefer a flatter pillow similar to how a Down Pillow settles once weight is placed onto it, then these are likely not what you would be looking for. I do suspect that through use and over time they will begin to compress down a bit from use, they are very lofty right out of the bag. They are a bit too lofty for me, but I will put them into rotation as a guest pillow to use when we have visitors staying over. The price is close to what I would expect to pay in the store, but slightly higher than what I have seen at some discount department stores that would have comparable name brands available. For this reason, I can only rate these a 4 star. If you are looking for a pillow as I described above, then these are likely for you! If you prefer a flatter pillow, then I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Inconsistent fill density
One pillow in the pair had almost 50% more foam pieces inside than the other. Unlike other similar type of pillows I've had before, you cannot unzip the inner casing to remove or adjust the density of foam. The lack of a zipper on the inner case is a huge miss. Seems to be constructed well, but I cannot recommend due to the excessive inconsistency between the two pillows.

Soft, supportive and cooling
These pillows definitely hit the mark for the supportive yet soft feeling you look for in a pillow. He's also don't get overly hot which is nice. Worth it all the way

Too firm for us
They are well made and solid. But unfortunately too firm for our needs. If you like firm pillows that doesn’t have memory foam these might work for you. They can’t be washed as well. I will keep these for guests or for my child since he doesn’t care to use only one pillow.

Not the Martha Stewart quality I expected
Unfortunately, these pillows are thick but not in the good way. They are rocky thick and then bulge in the center when you sleep. My husband and I have Martha Stewart Charcoal Pillows that we love, but these were a surprising miss. They are not comfortable at all.

Great quality pillow the comfort is unbeatable
Wow wow wow!! I’ve tried I can’t even tell you how many pillows and these are amazing. Great for someone who likes a pillow that’s a little more on the denser side cause I will say it’s a bit firm but that’s exactly what I wanted. Now instead of sleeping with two I only gotta use one and in the morning I just fluff it back up and it’s back to normal. Definitely recommend

Pillow Collapsed.
Pillow is collapsed and is uncomfortable to use. Make sure u know the return window. Don’t throw away your money on these pillows.

Very nice pillows
I'll start by saying that I am an "all down" pillow person. But my daughter complained that when she visited, and said she was not loving the down pillows in the guest room. I got these to spruce things up and everyone is happy! From my point of view, they are not as heavy as what I think of what I envision foam pillows. When I bought them in the past, they were so heavy, I hated them. These don't have that dense feel to them. I can't speak to the "cooling" effect, but she said they weren't hot, which is what I would have expected for a synthetic product, so I guess they work on that front, as well! She said they were very comfortable and they had a great night's sleep. I still prefer down for myself, but my company is happy!!
