Great value and functional!

Great value shoe storage. I only gave it 4 stars because some of my larger shoes won’t fit in the slots. Most of them fit fine, it just depends on the thickness of the shoe. Overall it’s a good buy for the money.

Great way to organize your significant other's shoes...

I'm far from being OCD but I just couldn't bear to see all the wife's shoes in the closet either in plastic bags or shoe boxes anymore. They are taking up too much closet real estate and not getting enough usage since the wife probably doesn't even remember having them. I came upon this gem while looking for a solution to this shoe mess and was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked out. Even the wife is pleased with the results... PROS: -Price -Decent quality plastic (not smelly or sticky) -Clear pockets (allow you to see the shoes without having to take them out) -Ease of installation/setup -Sturdy enough not to rip easily (Medium duty) -Could be used to organize and store other items such as toys, beauty products, mittens, scarves, etc. according to other resourceful reviewers. CONS: -Setup could swing a bit because there is nothing to secure the bottom and possibly swing more if items stored are too light. Closing the door gently or putting heavier items near the bottom could solve this problem. TOOLS required for setup: -A ladder if your arms can't reach the top of your door. TLDR (Too Long Didn't Read): BUY at least (2) you'll need them.

Perfect for storing all kinds of things

Like most people who buy this kind of product, I was looking for a way to store things. Specifically, I was looking for a way to store my scarves. I have a huge collection of scarves, as I almost literally live in just plain white T-shirts in the summer, every day, so adding a scarf at my neck is about the only way to make my outfit vary in any significant way. The problem is how to store them in as little a space as possible while also being able to see and access them quickly. We have a walk in closet that is (roughly) in the shape of an "L", with the long part being what we we call the "tunnel" into the end part of the closet. I hung up these two wall pockets, along with a third one that I already had, and now I have lots of storage for my scarves, as well as gloves, mittens, sunglasses, and other such accessories. Best of all, since these pockets hang flat, so long as you don't overstuff each pocket, it all hangs straight down, and doesn't intrude upon or interfere with the "walkway" to the end of the closet. Sturdy, space-efficient, and fairly priced. What more can you ask for?

Good for Smaller Sized Shoes

The media could not be loaded. I wear a size 6.5 in women's and my son wears about a 4. This over-the-door shoe bag works well for our shoes but not my husband's. His size 12/13 shoes do not fit. As you can see by the video, the bag is nice. I hung it in our laundry room in order to help keep some of the shoes off the floor. My Husband's (disgustingly dirty) sandals were put in there just to show, but they aren't kept there. They either fall out or will most likely end up ripping the plastic. So his shoes go elsewhere. A nice option for kids shoes and shoes size seven and under. I also use it for mittens, slippers, and hats.

Doesn't last long!

I bought this last November and it was barely used until January. It is in my 4-year-old son's closet to store his (small!) shoes. The pockets are already tearing down the sides and the fabric is frayed at the tops. I know 4-year-olds can be rough on things, but I am the one who usually puts shoes in it. For comparison, he had another one that was all fabric (no plastic pockets) from birth until January when he changed bedrooms. There was nothing wrong with the old one, I was just keeping it in the nursery to be used for the new baby. That one is still in perfect condition, at almost 5 years old, while this one started tearing up after about 6 months.

I bought this to use on our cruises. Have not used it yet but intend to use on the back of the bathroom door to hold lotions, colognes, make up, skin care etc. etc. Looks like it will work perfectly.

I put things like matches, toothpaste

I don't use it for shoes but I hung it on my bathroom door and put all types of other stuff can fit in it. It saves a lot of space and keeps me from having a ton of random stuff lying around. I put things like matches, toothpaste, hair ties, shower caps, glue gun, lint roller, combs in it. One of the best organizers I have used!!! I plan on buying more.

Cheap!!!!!! Check your bag right away to ensure there aren't rips all through the product

I give this product zero stars, it actually disintegrated in the bag every time there's a connection to the next row of shoes it's completely disintegrated away or someone has ripped holes in it. I can't believe how poor the quality is. They've gone to a cheap white almost paper consistency . It's like thin gauze that rips a soon as you touch it! Unfortunately it's too late to send it back as it wasn't taken out of the package when it immediately arrived. Again it does not look like the photos provided by other customers. It is made actually of the stuff that they make the little cloth shoe covers of at the hospital. Except that shoe material is even stronger than this! Worst product I've ever bought on Amazon!

This is a great Product. Though original purpose is for storing shoes, I am using it in multiple places, like over my cupboard door to keep the smaller items that are hard to locate like towels, kids socks, combs, hair dryer, smaller accessories and what not...I also use one in my restroom to store all toiletries etc and it is withstanding the occasional water splashes too. Storage drawers are never enough for me and this transparent solution has made my life easier and clutter free ! Whenever I get one piece of a missing pair, i store it here until I get the other piece..So things are always in sight and never out of mind !
