Great for aching feet

I developed an aching arch and the Powerstep sleeve sock helped reduce pain. After the first day of wearing the sock my foot felt better and after a week the ache was gone. I wear a 7 1/2 size shoe (European size 38) and have medium width foot. The size medium sock worked well.

Expensive, but work well

I bought these for my husband. He works on his feet in a warehouse all day wearing steel toed boots. He was complaining of foot for awhile before he finally tried these. No complaints since then. 4 stars because they are expensive and you only get one sock in the package, so pay attention to that. You have to order 2 socks to make 1 pair.

Works great

I like this ankle elastic support. Eases pain when my ankle is sore. I have 2 because I keep one in my gym bag if my ankle bothers me after working out.

Does what it is designed to do!!

I had an older one that I have used for a blown tendon, I needed one for the other foot for another reason.. Even though one had been worn many times, I can not tell the two apart.. They feel great and supportive on my feet.

Relief for Planter Fasciitis

I didn’t know if this would help but, it does give some relief. It does want to roll a little behind toes. I am noticing that it is beginning to tear in one spot just below the top band. I’ve only worn it 5 days.

They work

I’m a regular Powerstep user. I have painful flat feet with overpronation. It’s hard to find relief, even with very expensive prescription orthotics and custom ankle braces. I’ve tried everything. The Powerstep plantar fasciitis sleeves are part of an admittedly crazy daily regimen that actually gets me through my workday (on my feet) with little to no pain most days. The regimen: I wear ankle-to-knee calf compression sleeves, the Powerstep plantar fasciitis sleeves, ordinary socks over that, Shock Doctor #849 ankle braces, and Powerstep ProTech Control orthotics in my shoes and that combination has been doing the trick for about a year.

Since I looks like I will need it for a while

I was given one of these by my podiatrist for posterior tibial tendonitis. Since I looks like I will need it for a while, I bought this to have a second. It does a good job of supporting my foot and relieving the stress on my tendon. I did buy it a size larger than the sizing chart, I have a wide foot and don't think anything smaller would fit.

Better support for the whole foot

I like this product better than last brand I brought. The sleeve covers majority of the foot and not just arch. Which makes walking more comfortable. Also, I experienced less pain too. Maybe gonna have to buy a XL the next time.

Quality and not disappointing

I have an extremely hard time finding a compression sock that relives pain, this is by far superior in comparison to the many many disappointing purchases I have made here. I recommend this to anyone that has multiple foot issues, upper and lower. Or to anyone that works on there feet for 12+hours.

Ripped first time it was put on

I'm not too amused by the Powerstep PF Support Sleeve. The first time I put it on it ripped right at the top of the hem and three fingers went through it. It won't last much longer. It's "running" like a pair of pantyhose on the ankle part, but ripping at the hem line. A replacement would be most appreciated.
