Used the switch for our awning. Wiring setup attached.

The lower left is power (+), the lower right and upper left are wired together and connected to ground (-). Upper right is motor (-) and middle left is for motor (+). If your awning works in the reverse direction, just switch the motor outputs. I used the original plate that came with our awning, since this plate says Slide In / Out.

Works great, install was easy. Does not feel like a cheap switch when you push it.

I really needed to see the connection on the back and there in no picture on Amazon that shows the back of the switch. In light of this, I had to cut my plug off and use connections effectively removing the plug to make this switch work. I hope you find this review helpful with a photo of the back of the switch now available on Amazon. Side note: If you have any mechanical abilities, you can still make this dwit h work in your camper with a Fluke meter, stakeon, and a crimp tool

Looks nice

Took some effort to make it work, No wiring info available. I was replacing a 3 post Happy Jack switch with this one that has 5 posts. Once i was able to identify what goes where it seems to work fine. and of coarse, it looks nice!
