Fills those nasty holes in concrete...
This is the only product that stays put on my basement floor. It is a bit hard to work with, but can be sanded if you need to smooth it out once dried. My basement floor continually had issues with any product I used as a filler. So far this product is working the best of anything I tried. It takes a bit longer to dry than expected, but it is worth the wait.

I would recommend this product.
This product was great. It was rather easy to mix, fill, and level out. I used it before doing my rock solid garage concrete flooring, and it did a great job filling cracks. I would recommend picking up some quikrete concrete repair and filling large holes or cracks first, once they cure, grind them smooth, and then go over the top of them with this. This rustoleum crack filler was great for sealing in the quickrete, and filling in cracks. It sanded down nicely and easily to get rid of the raised edge from application. I used a soft applicator, an old auto body filler type one to mix, and apply. That worked well for scraping most access off and also being flexible around areas that weren’t exactly level. After sanding this product down, and applying the rock solid polycuramine floor coat, I couldn’t see this product through it. In reviews, and videos that you can, I think they either didn’t sand it or maybe didn’t apply the floor coat thick enough. I used the light gray floor coat kit, this stuff applies gray, so could also be part of why you can’t see it. Overall I am very satisfied. I have plenty left over also so I can help friends with their garages now that they have seen how mine turned out. I recommend only mixing a little at a time. If you run out you can just simply mix more. I used 1 popsicle sticks per container to grab it out and the soft applicator to mix and finally apply it. I wouldn’t recommend using a hard putty knife and grabbing some out of one can, and dipping into the next with a dirty knife and mixing it like that. I saw that on several videos. When you go back to use it in the future I’d imagine there will be rocks or something of activated material mixed in. The packaging says this can also be used to help anchor in screws into masonry, so I will be saving this as a future tool/ trick to help get a job done. Take care of your product and Itl be there to serve again!

Worked for me, could work for you.
Was going to epoxy coat my floor with a more industrial epoxy than what Rust Oleum offers, but honestly couldn't find a product to patch that looked easy to work with, so I thought I would give this one a try. Not disappointed at all. However some prep and careful use is needed. First off, it applies well after mixing and honestly is more "liquidy" than I thought it was going to be, which worked to my advantage, definitely not for vertical surfaces only things on the ground. It applied nice and lasted long enough for me to "play" with it to get the shape and coverage I needed. I successfully epoxy coated my floor after this and the best looking parts were the parts that had this patch on it. However again proper prep is needed. After letting this product cure overnight I sanded this product down with 100 sand paper. I then vacuumed it all up and etched the entire surface (HCl)....not sure if it helped on this product but that's what I did and it worked out. I would say there is slight "shrinkage" and if I was going to do it over I would def "bubble" up some on the pockets that were actual craters. I actually used this product to recreate a nice line at my relief cut too, which was a huge success as I had a big crack on the cut that had a lot of material missing. Would have been five stars if no shrinkage. But honestly I'd give it 4.5 if I could. See photos for before and after on my relief cut fix

Concrete Patch & Repair
Dries fast. Needs to apply quickly. Hardens like a rock. Can be slippy when wet.

Does the job, but difficult to handle and may dry sticky
I may or may not use this product again. I used in on the concrete floor in my basement utility room as a floor prep for a Rustoleum 2-part epoxy floor coating. The Rustoleum floor coating called specifically for this crack filler. While the crack filler adhered well and did the job, I had major difficulties handling it. It is extremely sticky and goopy to work with, and I found no good method of measuring out the two parts (it is a two-part epoxy) and ensuring that I had precise ratios of Part A to Part B. It had a thick consistency that interfered with precise measurement (it had to be scooped out of the two tubs and mixed). I tried using two medicine cups, but had a terrible time not contaminating the tub containing Part A with material from Part B, and vice versa. The epoxy also dried sticky in several places. I turned up the heat and ran a dehumidifier for several days to ensure curing, but the stickiness never went away. I ended up putting the floor coating over the works and hoping for the best. The end result clearly revealed where I had filled the cracks and holes in the floor and where I had not, as the filled areas were much glossier (and smoother) than the rest of the floor. The top coat epoxy did cover up both the sticky and non-sticky areas, so I am overall very happy with the product. All in all, my old concrete utility room floor in the basement is in far better shape than previously, but it by no means looks like a new floor.

Read the directions
I've used epoxy products before, but not like this. The directions are easy, but you have to guess at the right ratio. It isn't rocket science though. I got both parts on cardboard, mixed them together, and started filling in holes and cracks in my basement floor. I wasn't sure what I would be left with, but here are a few tips. 1) Add more than you need so you don't need to add more later. 2) You will NOT get this perfectly flat, so be prepared to remove the dried excess later. 3) The dried excess is very hard. I tried to remove it with very coarse sandpaper on a belt sander. That isn't very efficient though, so I'll probably use a handheld grinder to smooth it out 4) The final result is slightly darker than the concrete

Not the best on vertical surfaces
If you put on a vertical surface you have to hang around to keep pushing it up because it runs!

good looking repair
I got busy and ground out the crack and mixed up a batch of rustoleum and filled it in and presto next morning already set pretty good and was smooth.

Sealing crack garage floor
I looked at both the N266003 Canadian and 301012 USA version. I went with 301012 because it was suppose to dry to grey color. Used to fill a crack across my garage floor. Well it dries to the same color as N266003 bluish grey color. Does not blend in with the garage floor at all. I followed the directions to the letter. Mixed in very small batches as it hardens very fast. 24 hours later was still tacky. Gave it another 24 hours still tacky to the touch. Contacted Rust-Oleum and was told to try wiping it with mineral spirits. Still tacky. Tried using a hair dryer. That worked for about 5 to 10 minutes and then was tacky again. Got out my random orbital sander. Used the hair dryer again on sections of the crack and then immediately sanded it with 100 grit. That worked. Don't like the color but feel it will seal the crack that was hairline to in places 1/2 inch wide to about 3/8 inch deep. See if it hold up when I pressure wash the floor next year.
