Glue that glues

I was happy with this glue's ability to glue. I glued a temperamental lip joint that needed gluing about a month ago and it's still glued down with this glue. It wasn't one of those glues that expands after it dries, leaving dried glue glops all over because the glue spilled out of the seams of whatever you were trying to glue long after you left it to glue. It has an average drying time for glue --about a day for the glue to become dry glue and don't trust the glue's purported setting time. I say that for any glue, not just this glue. One thing about this glue is that you should expect it to be a one-use glue. As I mentioned, I bought this glue about a month ago to glue something that needed gluing but now the glue has dried in the glue bottle tip and barely comes out to glue things that need glue. I expect in a month the glue will have completely glued up the glue tip and, not long after, will have become mostly indurate glue.

You won't be disappointed.

This glue worked far better than the garbage glue Empire used to install my laminate floors. After the install, certain areas of the lip had that loose feel to it when I stepped on it, but having a busy schedule I never had them come back to fix it during the 1yr warranty period. After the year mark, certain areas of the lip felt as if there was a 0.5 - 1mm space when you walked over it. I applied this glue per the instructions and after it cured for 24hrs, it instantly had that rock-solid foundation feel to it. Seeing how good a job it did, I went and found any loose areas, pulled them up, prepped them and re-glued. This glue is good for a year after you open it, so I decided I had to maximize results. Read the instructions and you won't be disappointed. Cheers!

Does what it's supposed to

This glue has the basic look and consistency of Elmers glue, also cleans up just as eaisly when wet. The tip will start to gum up due to the 5 minute application time of the glue, but is easily remedied with an occasional wipe of the nozzle tip with the wet rag you already have for cleaning up excess. I used this product for installing engineered hardwood and found it much easier to apply with a slight "V" cut into the nozzle with a razor. It not only kept the bottle positioned, but allowed glue to flow to the top and bottom side of the tiny little tongue with ease. The bond will be noticeable within 30 minutes of application, total cure on the bottle says 24 hours. We used two bottles over 4 days and did not notice any change with the glue consistency throughout i.e. no curing in the partly used bottle.

Only thing I found that works!

I use this for my vinyl flooring, best product I have ever used, even better than what the manufacturer gave me to use.

Strong and quick setting but terrible applicator tip

I use this to install laminate flooring. The glue is white and dries clear. It cleans up easily if you don't wait too long. It gives you just enough time to correctly position and clamp pieces before holding them firmly. I don't like the applicator spout. It clogs badly and the opening is too narrow for the glue. If you are laying a lot of boards your hand will cramp trying to get this glue to dispense. I pour mine into an old Pergo glue bottle which has a nice wide tip and easily applies glue to the groove. This is good glue, but I'm dinging it one star for the awful applicator.
