10 gallon Nursery Pot

These are well constructed heavy duty nursery pots and are large enough to grow many different varieties of vegetables. They are easy to move from place to place when filled with soil with the use of a dolley according to amount of sun needed for certain vegetables. They should last several seasons.

I AM PLEASED!

I bought five of these pots. These are my favorite in terms of shape & size. Came quickly & in good shape. I will be ordering more. Put in tomatoes & summer squash yesterday in some wonderful organic potting soil that has the name of your childhood breakfast cereal & fertilizer from the same folks. Put just a layer of porous lava rock in the bottom so that the soil does not keep running out of the drain holes. Pot drain holes are large & work splendidly. I am going to grow some Fabulous Food!

I really like these. They arent the sturdiest, but they work for growing things like potatoes, and seem like they will last for a few years and they are just right as far as price. I was doubtful before purchasing but I ended up really liking these. I also like the olive green woven bags they are wrapped in. We stashed leaves for our compost heap in them for later. Packaged great, fast shipping, good overall experience, decent product for its purpose.

Sturdy, heavy duty, plant container.

The container is injection molded and about a 3/32 inch thick. It is firm yet malleable enough to not crack easily. The container has a decent amount of weight and comes in a nice draw sting bag from hydrofarm. HC-Companies.com is stamped on the bottom. There is webbing around the lip to add stiffness. The pot is wider than most 10 gallon pots. I have tons of containers of different types and these are by far the nicest nursery pots I have purchased. The price is high, but worth it for the quality.

Not gorgeous but highly movable, reusable and versatile !

It might seem crazy to buy something that is unseemly compared to a glazed ceramic or even a plastic faux ceramic but after seeing these large wide shorter containers at Annie’s Annuals with plants in full bloom I had to find them online. They are very convenient and you can fill half if you don’t need a lot of root room but they will hold a lot of soil. Mine are filled about 2/3 with soil and some dahlia bulbs, geraniums and a bush I wasn’t ready to find a place for but I wanted to let it grow up from its 4” pot from the nursery. I used these as a way to allow a plant to grow more before committing to a spot. Also for the deck where I can contain veggies in need to trellis etc. you can easily place a tomato cage in these too. Very good product, pricey but shipping is included. I looked everywhere I thought they might be sold and only found these here on amazon. I even checked the weed supply hydroponic places but they didn’t have these squat sized 10 gallons. Very good portable mini-beds for seasonal planting! Love them!

These pots last for many years. Infact have not replaced a single one yet. Just keep adding a few each year. One star less for little pricey.

Perfect for deck tomatoes

The depth, width, and overall volume to hold soil makes these a perfect size for deck tomato plants, or whatever else you choose to grow in them. The drainage holes aren't too large, as some people have complained about. The quality of material is quite good, and I imagine it will last for several seasons. The price point is pretty good as well, compared to what you could get at your local garden center.

Damaged pots for this price.

All five pots were damaged before they were put in the box, ordered a new set before checking all of them otherwise I would have cancelled the order. Will see how the new set is delivered.
