Solid and Adaptable

I had to replace a very old handle for a very old screen door. I could not find a handle with holes separated less than 3 inches, which is what I needed. I purchased this handle with 3 inch hole separation. Once I removed the old handle, I drilled two new holes 3 inches apart, using the new handle as a template.The new handle covered the old holes so everything looked neat and clean. This handle seems to be quite sturdy and may even outlast the old screen!

Hooray! This product is a godsend!

After search for 10+ years in Home Depot and Lowes for a replacement handle for our screen porch, I found this handle on Amazon … Hooray! Handle fit perfectly and was very easy to install. We held a funeral for the old broken screen door handle and welcomed the arrival of this new, absolutely perfect handle.

Great low cost replacement handle. However the screws would not work for my aluminum frame, maybe intended for wood. I secured using pop rivets (not included)

Were not talking big dollars or complicated devices here, but there are better handles than this one. It is so thin, that your finger can barely hold on to it.

cheap fix, but has a very shallow grip

I should have compared more dimensions before buying this. The holes line up for the screws, but the part I was replacing has a deeper and wider finger-grip feature. This part is very shallow and you really have to engage your fingertips to get a purchase on your door. Ah, well, it was very inexpensive and delivered fast. I may try something larger later when I'm sick and tired of it, or break a nail using. it.
