This item is a great massager. The price made me a little dubious but that was put to rest when I tried out this item. The device comes with many different settings and is perfect for loosening your muscles after working out.

less than ten hours used on neck an shoulder for pain about 45 minutes to 60 minutes
First one i bought a couple of moths ago. Died on me for no apparent reason. So bought second one. Which also just up an died. I use it on my fraction in my neck and shoulder useless if it only last two or three months. Refund requested plus a return sticker to return in the mail

Absolute garbage.
Got one, it worked 5 minutes then died. Did return process and got it exchanged for an identical one... died after 2 minutes. Absolute garbage. Debating between the hassle of returning it again, or just chucking it.

Works great.
It's been chugging along just fine. Gets a bit warm if you use it for awhile but it still works and you can't beat that.
