I kind of broke it...
Pulled this thing out of its package and instantly fell in love with it. Didn’t bother downloading the e-guide because I’m pretty familiar with how to use various devices to ease muscles and release trigger points. Wondering how it would feel to roll under my feet, I placed it on the ground and started rolling my foot back and forth on it. Yeah... feels great! Dig my heel into the little rubber bumps and snap! It broke apart. The grey plastic end caps are connected to a plastic tube inside the green roller and I could see residual glue inside the one end. I was able to put it back together but I don’t know how it will hold up. Probably shouldn’t have been so rough with it? Tried putting it behind my head - felt amazing until I moved my head and hair instantly got caught behind the grey plastic discs. Maybe put a piece of cloth between you and your head if you want to use it that way.

This massager is excellent for massaging both sides of your spine simultaneously. I went online to look at their download for how to use the massager, and I experimented with everything they suggested. The only use that worked easily and well was rolling up and down my spine while pressing against a wall. This definitely loosened up all the muscles on either side of my spine. Since these muscles are often an area of tension for many people this is a very helpful little massager. It comes with a strap that enables you to attach it to a gym bag, briefcase or belt loop so it’s very portable. It doesn’t weigh very much and could also fit in a desk drawer for use during work. I would give it five stars for the spine application and three stars for the other uses they suggest.

Feels Horrible
I’m not a fan of this product. My wife is a licensed massage therapist, so I have a lot of experience with massages and trigger point therapy. This massage tool is too hard and rough to provide a nice feeling massage. The trigger point end has an encircled flower design, which feels really rough against my skin. As I said earlier, the entire piece is really too hard/rough to use. With barely any pressure at all, it pushes on trigger points with way more severity than is necessary. The rubbery feel of the rest of the unit is also unpleasant on my skin. My wife was equally unimpressed. You’d have to like a massage that’s so rough it practically beats you up to enjoy this product. Even then, you’d be well-advised to use a lot of massage lotion or oil to help soften the blow a bit.

Cute little massager
I think this would be good to throw in an overnight bag or suitcase. It is a decent massager and it does do a good job on pressure point application. It is a bit too much for me, but if you like pressure, its gonna be great. It's small and fits well in my hand. It has a strap. The little nubs work good on my neck. I don't like the material. It catches in my hair like crazy. As I said above, it gets right into pressure points and you can really get it into a muscle knot. Amount of pressure depends on you. I find I really like to wedge it under my upper back to release tension. I also put it on the floor and used it for a sore foot pretty well. It is an overall solid tool for sore muscles and it is especially well-made for travel.

This works fine
From my wife Sarah: It's compact, it's light and it comfortably fits on my key chain. I used it by putting it against the wall and I rolled it down my spine. It was somewhat helpful and I was able to get a little relief. It's small but it does work. Of course I get a lot more relief with my larger products that have a similar shape, but this is portable in a way those are not. It could easily be used wherever you are if you can get a little piece of wall and a bit of privacy. The material it's made from seems strong so I feel it will take a lot of pressure over time with no problem. So I think it's a great value and if you tend to have spasms, this is a nice little tool to have.

Small size, nice shape, effective little massager
Last week I woke up with a stiff neck and shoulder so I got to test out this massager. The shape and small size was just right to get to the knotted areas causing me discomfort. It's a little rough if I pressed too hard, but not worse than several massages I have that really beat up the muscle to get it to release the muscle spasm. I know I will get a lot of use out of this.

Love it.
Awesome massager. I like it better than Lacrosse ball. It gets better into my back against the wall, especially around scapula region. It's softer and adjustable, plus strap let me hold it from the top and control it better. I'm currently going to physical therapist for my very painful herniated disk therapy and this massager brings relief fast, like like from the therapist in that spot. Great for exercising between visits. One minus: if you press to hard against the ball, the massager comes apart, the core falls down.

Reliable little on the go massager
I wanted this for my Back & Spine I am always a knotted up mess in my shoulders. I used this and found it to help some, I think I needed something with more pressure to use. I do like that you could easily take this with you, its really small and fits in a bag. It is comfortable and easy to use. I could see this being more suited for leg cramps or more easy to reach places.
