so glad I bought it

My husband usually does the dishes after dinner, and he's a great fan. I especially love it for rice. I cook it for the proper amount of time (20 min. for the brown basmatic rice I love), let it release naturally for 10 min, then do a quick release, & remove it from the pan IMMEDIATELY , to a large bowl to cool-then the pan is super east to clean . I didn't have to replace my old rice broken, steamer!

One bowl pasta

I am CDL A driver. I made one bowl pasta in my company truck. It’s very good to use and no making burn. After cooked it, just heat up by microwave on small plate each time.

Had been looking at these for quite awhile but thought they were too expensive. Price eventually came down quite a bit.

Good non-stick inner pot for rice and porridge

Let's be honest: the standard Instant Pot inner pot sucks when you're making rice or anything with a thicker consistency. Everything gets stuck onto the sides and it gets especially gunked up around the embossed markings. Well, this inner pot fixes those problems, and it is also super easy to clean. It is perfect for making rice because nothing sticks to the bottom, and when making foods like oatmeals and porridge, the residue is easy to wipe off. I would recommend using light silicone or wooden utensils here - you don't want to scratch the non-stick surface. The pot is also nice and light, so wash-up is easier on your wrists and forearms. I use this new pot specifically for foods that can stick bad. I use the original pot for the other stuff like stews and soups.

Pot looks quality, time will tell!

Product looks quality and was in perfect condition, hopefully will be hard wearing with careful use. Love that you can buy spare pots, lids and covers and steamers for the mini Duo ????

Not suitable for Air-Fryer

The blurb doesn't make it plainly obvious that this isn't suitable for the Instant Pot Duo Crisp. It's the same size as the stainless-steel pot but ceramic-coated aluminium with a thin bottom. I returned unused after reading the box.

Not so non stick

It's useful to have a second pot. Its not as non stick as I'd hoped. When using the saute function meat tends to stick so not the best, however it deglazes quite well once you add liquid. It works very when cooking rice.
