Very comfortable

I only use it to keep my ghillie out of the bowstring way, but it's very comfortable and easy to put on and stays secure in place.

Good value for the price

This armguard is definitely for the practically-minded archer. Nothing fancy but does the job well. The upper part of the guard, the part that covers your bicep, is about 4 inches long and is padded. The bottom part that covers your forearm is about 6.5 inches long, also padded. The two are connected by 1 inch of unpadded cloth. Don't get me wrong, the arm guard is not 3 pieces sewn together, it's one single piece. The material feels durable and the inner side (the one in contact with your skin) is a soft fleecy type of cloth. Everything is sewn together rather well, including the 4 straps. The average width of the armguard is 3 inches, except for the part that creases against the inside of your elbow, 2 inches there. The straps feel strong enough and have held up well so far. I've only worn it once at the time of writing. I think the best way to wear this armguard is to have the top 2 straps tightened enough so the guard rests securely against your bicep. Then have the lower 2 straps fairly loose so that at your wrist level, the strap is more like a bracelet, with the sole function of preventing the lower part of the guard from flapping around. Like I said, it's nothing stylish but the armguard does what I bought it for.

FINALLY!! I won’t get hit in the elbow!!!

I always get hit at the elbow or just above where the arm guard typically sits but with this one, those nasty bruises are a thing of the past. Hell yes, I need to work on my stance so that is a mute issue but until I have the patience to do it properly, this is saving my life. My father and my boyfriend think I’m lazy not to do it the right way but I say that an arm guard should guard my bleeping arm.

Say no to welts!

Love this. I have a double joined elbow, so while first learning that thing would get snapped by my bowstring constantly. So I'd shift my arm guard up and then it would get my lower arm instead. Then came this solution. Now I don't worry about stinging welts and can focus on learning. And I've gotten better at holding my arm correctly. It's comfortable and strong. If you're starting out in archery, or even if you just want a change, I highly recommend this guard.

Great product.

Perfect. I recently purchased a new bow and wrecked my left arm with the bow string due to not holding the bow properly (something that happens time to time by accident). The smaller arm guards protect the lower forearm, but when I screw up, I always hit myself closer to the elbow. This long arm guard protects that area perfectly. I have not had a problem since. 5 stars!

this is a good quality product. it fits my arm (adult male), as well as 13 and 10 year old arms. excellent to have for protection while using compound bow. It is peace of mind to know that just in case the bow string hits my kid's arm, this is there to protect them.

My wife and I got into archery since we were both good with it as children. SHe got the mossy oak and i got this one. THey are teh same just different cammo styles. It has protected my arms greatly. (still workingon my stance and hold) it covers both the upper and lower arm to make sure that string does not get you

Just as described

Item is Just as described upper arm elastic could use to be longer since your going to put over cloths if you have a bigger upper arm but other then that so far seems to be good will be using it soon.
