A must have for everyday lifters!

Even though this more expensive than the chalk cubes, I love this product. So I obviously use this for big pull lifts but when my callouses are on fire. If you open the pouch and rub the ball across your hands it soothes the callouses, and keeps you going.

A great buy. It's less messy and more efficient when applying it. The only thing I would like is if the chalk balls had a package to put them in when we actually break them in. I had to utilize a little ziplock bag to keep it from spreading chalk all over my bag.

Great Grip Solution

We purchased these to use at my daughter's cheer gym. They don't have air conditioning in their Florida gym so it is very hot and humid. When stunting, the bases were having a problem holding onto the girls as everyone was sweating. I purchased these in hopes of having something small and subtle for them to use before stunting. They are the perfect hand size and produce enough chalk without making a mess like a traditional chalk bowl. It is also easy to refill.

Its chalk in a sock. I've bought theses a few times and they work great. These chalk balls keep the mess to a minimum and the chalk is good qualtiy. I wouldn't try to refill them though. The socks don't open up that much and its hard to get anything into them.

Good price. Good chalk.

The chalk inside is a solid ball. Had to smash it against the floor for 5 minutes before it's usable. After I got the chalk loose, the sock worked as expected. It lets just enough chalk out so that my hands can be coated while not leaving a mess everywhere.

Nice and fancy.

I like them. But they are not as good as the powder form. Less messy but less grab as well. I use them for deadlifts and have to use every time.

De buena calidad.

Mi hijo escala deportivamente y perdió su bolsa de tiza y decidimos comprar otra y estas bolas de gis para reemplazarla. Las bolsitas estan muy buenas pues cierran bien y no se aflojan por el seguro que usan, y el gis por lo que me comenta para hacer esta reseña es que le gusto bastante. El único comentario que me hizo fue que el gis venia tan pero tan duro que tuvo que sacarlo de la bolsa y reventarlo con un martillo un par de veces para poder ya aflojarlo con las manos. El hecho de que vienen 2, y valen lo que valen hacen de estas bolas de gis una buena compra.

No fue lo que esperaba.

En mi caso la calidad de la magnesia era dudosa ya que se sentía "resbaloso", hablo de que el polvo no duraba en mi mano después de tocar algun objeto, literal era colocarlo en mi mano cada que realizaba un ejercicio repetitivo. Es muy pequeño a comparación de otros "calcetines" y la tela solo hace que el polvo se desperdicie en el aire cada que lo agarras. Tuve que hacer mi devolución, muy desepcionado, por el precio y comentarios pense que sería algo mejor .
