Cheap but lots of ‘better then at-the-gym’ chalk for my gymnasts!

This is A LOT of chalk! Since the pandemic, my 11 year old gymnasts have been forced to bring their own chalk into gymnastics class, for safety/ hygiene reasons, after they reopened. I was torn between these blocks of chalk and loose chalk. I think for my girls, this was the proper and less messy option to chose. They both split up the bars of chalk evenly, of course, and I think they are set for life if they don’t waste it :). The chalk seems of gym quality. They haven’t had any complaints about rips or pain after bars, so I know that this is good stuff, and a lot of it, at a very affordable price. Heck, this Rage Fitness gym chalk might be better then gym quality, as not every class (they go several times a week), but after many classes, I did hear some complaints and see their ailing hands, so this might be a notch ABOVE the gym’s chalk, shhhh!! So far, very, very good! They stick a ‘brick’ into a zip lock bag, and they are ready for class. I think this chalk might just last as long as the sport does for them. It’s great, and perfectly packaged, individually. The gym wanted us to pay $35 PER CHILD! I ran to Amazon, as this was by FAR, a wayyyyy better deal! I have nothing negative to say about this quality, professional-grade chalk, therefore, I rate this product a perfect 5 star rating! I hope my review has proved helpful!

Doesn’t crumble

I normally buy my chalk from lift genie but they’ve been out of stock. I was hesitant to buy a block off Amazon as I’ve heard they’re cheap and crumble easily but this is pretty similar to lift genie’s. Doesn’t crumble until it’s pretty thin

This is good chalk. Price is right and I can't really tell mich different between it an more expensive chalks in terms of grip. The problem lies with Amazon. All 4 blocks that were in he corners of the 1lb box were pretty smashed up, since they sent it in a plastic bag (not even bubble) mailer. I'm not going to leave a bad review because of Amazon's issue. Do better, amazon

Just like any other brand of lifting chalk

It's lifting chalk. It Came on time and packaged wasnt damage. For the price it wasn't bad. Bought the 1lb box. No crazy smell and helped with sweaty hands during hook grip deadlifts and other basic barbell pull movements.

Why require a signature on delivery?

Chalk was fine, but the shipment from Rage Fitness required a signature, which meant I had to drive to the main USPS shipping facility in my town to pick it up. All that trouble for a $15 brick of chalk? Why?

good quarantine chalk

Not as amazing as rogue chalk, but it is still very good and gets the job done for quarantine weightlifting, it also does not break apart too easily so there is not chalk dust everywhere!

Must have for lifters

Can't stress enough how important this is to have especially for deadlifting nutral or hook grip. Good quality and they give an abundant amount of chalk.

Really good for power/weightlifting but have to apply after 5-8+ mins.

I’ve been doing a lot of Olympic weightlifting exercises as of late and these chalk blocks have really been helping my hook grip. A light coating of these on each hand and around the thumbs (then rubbing together, of course) should last you about 5-8ish minutes then you’ll need to reapply again. They do break easily but the packaging came in well with none of the blocks being damaged when I received my package of 8. P.S. I also use a light coating of these on my thumbs for gaming and they work perfectly!
