The size is perfect for many pans.

I searched for a roasting rack that would fit not only my roasting pan but smaller baking dishes too and after reading reviews on metal racks rusting rather quickly decided to try a silicone rack. I have to say I am pleased with them. The fact that it is a 2 pack is a major plus they fit perfectly in all of my pans. Clean up is super easy nothing sticks so no soaking involved. I've used 1 so far for my Easter ham and a small prime rib which the prime rib didn't stand very well but I attribute that to the rib itself not the rack. Overall to this point I am very pleased with these and we will see how long they will actually last.

Great for microwaving bacon

I use these for microwaving bacon on top of a Corelle serving platter (and a paper towel on top) after not finding any good products made for microwaving bacon. This solution works perfectly. They're not super easy to wash by hand, so I just throw them in the dishwasher.

Wow, much better than a steel rack

We use this in our roasting pan when cooking chicken. Does a great job, and we just throw it into the dishwasher to clean.

GREAT PRODUCT BUT RETAINS ODORS!

I bought these to put in bottom of 9" x 13" or bigger roasting pan. It raises chicken and meat from sitting in the grease while roasting in the oven. Chicken browns evenly and cooks faster. I even used it to elevate a 21 lb. turkey for Thanksgiving! Scrubbed it a bit with a sponge to get off food particles & washed in dishwasher. Came out immaculate clean but had an odor. After 2 washing in dishwsher odor was still there! Soaked it in baking soda & vinegar for a few minutes and odor was gone! Next time I use it, I will first soak it in Baking soda & vinegar before tossing in dishwwasher. I like using these to roast meat & chicken and would recommend it but, be aware of how to eliminate any lingering odors.

Love this for cooking whole chicken, turkey or pork ribs! Very easy to clean, even after bacon. Might be getting more for gifts!

Love them! Just the right size, sturdiness, and easy to clean (after spraying). These racks are fantastic. I’ll never use a metal rack again, what a pain. These double red racks is so versatile. I can place them into end, side to side, one on top of the other, all to change to adjust to what’s going in the oven. Sometimes I just put some thing on foil on a roasting pan but I still think that’s touching the Nordic ware pan I put it on, so I raise it just a bit with one or two of these racks and it’s just the right height to get it off the bottom of the pan yet close enough for the heat and low enough so that any juice is dripping off the foil I cramped won’t drip over the sides. Make sure you spray all sides and inside very quickly with a can of Pam and you will be surprised just how quickly a paper towel and soap and warm water will get any drip or grease off these racks. They look brand new today and I use them every week & Have owned them for a few years now. I bought some his gifts as well.

Good quality product

I like that the silicone can be shaped to fit. I used this rack in my slow cooker. Had to shape it a bit at the ends as my cooker is oval. Worked just fine and my meal came out better than ever. Haven't used it in the oven in my roaster yet. I imagine it will be just fine. Nicer than using metal trivets or racks. Soft and easy to clean up. Safe for non-stick surfaces too which means I'll probably use it in my electric frying pan too.

Great cooking racks

Made of silicone, these are soft & won't damage your pans, unlike metal versions. I bought mine to go into the slow cooker and oven. I like cooking my chicken & joints in the slow cooker but found that the meat would sit in the meat juices which meant the bottom would be soggy - not anymore! Thanks to the OXO rack, I can now lift my meat up high enough to be out of the juices meaning I don't have to struggle to try to lift the meat out of the pan, and tip up a hot, heavy slow cooker to drain the juices, whilst also letting the heat out & setting cooking time back by an hour. Now I can leave it in there for the entire duration as the meat sits above the juice. I've used mine so far in the oven and slow cooker and also as a cooling rack for when removing hot pans from the oven. It is easy to clean as long as you pay attention as its easy to miss bits of food in the indents, so just be thorough but otherwise, it cleans up easy with a soak and a rub. With 2 in the pack, I have enough for either a large joint, 2 dishes at the same time, stacking on top of each other to lift the meat up higher or one in the pan and one for pan rest when taking out the oven. Brilliant. Would highly recommend as I can see these lasting for years without issue. They are not likely to snap or break as they are thick and seem well made. Update: so the picture on the description of what looks like grilled bacon made me assume these were also suitable to use under the grill. I tried them when cooking gammon so the meat wouldn’t sit in the juices. Turns out that despite being oven resistant, they are not grill resistant. See photos. The only bits that survived were the parts covered by the meat, so clearly being exposed to the flame in the grill made these persish as they have quite literally shattered when touched. I did expect them to be resistant to the grill since they are silicone and temperature resistant but obviously the flame has damaged them. Therefore, do not use these for grilling unless the meat entirely covers the silicone rack.

Versatile, functional and easy-clean

These racks are the best! Much more stable than wire racks thanks to the silicone composition that doesn't warp when heated as well as the thickness and design. They are "wavy" on each side to enable fluid movement throughout the pan below the racks - no pooling of drippings. Easy to clean in the dishwasher or sink. Stackable if you want more height. Also great to place inside non-stick pots and pans to prevent scratching during storage. Just bought another set and will keep this in my wishlist as a gift idea.

Eliminates the need for all those metal grill racks

LOVE THESE. I've now gotten rid of the assortment of every size of metal grill racks I had to have for pans and casserole dishes of various sizes. Now using one or both of these is all I need to fit any pan I have. So much simpler and they clean easily - much better than trying to scrub food off all a chrome rack and all the welded joints.
