Works well…
Likes: easy to see through, makes placement of dough a breeze, as well as centralized. Cleaning is ok (for dough). Dislikes: still looking for one, lol

Not For Me
Even though it is described good for rolling pizza dough, I found it still stuck to the bag even after adding flour. The result was a less than perfect pizza crust. Plus, I could spread the pizza dough by hand a lot quicker. The plus is there is little to no mess, but just not for me. My wife does make pies occasionally and makes her own pie dough crust. I think this might work better with a pie crust dough, but I haven't tried it yet. It is possible that with more use, the bag might work better. For now, I will leave it at four stars. I don't recommend for rolling out pizza dough.

Perfect for pizza!
My friends and I like to make homemade pizza dough. I usually make my dough, portion it out, then freeze it so I can use it whenever I like. It was a pain to get my rolling pin, rolling matt and flour out just to make a pizza, but it seemed like the only answer. I was at a friend’s house making pizzas and she pulled out the OXO Good Grips Silicone Dough Rolling Bag. I had never seen one before, but was immediately excited. It is soooo much easier that what I had been doing previously. At $16.99 it seems to be priced in line with similar items. I would absolutely recommend this item to anyone who makes pizza dough or bakes pies. I am not a pie maker, but I am assuming it will be the same as the pizza dough.

Hard to see what you are doing.
Nice product but the plastic is so opaque that it made it hard to see the dough. A clear plastic would have worked better.

I have to make my own pie crusts due to family food allergies. I have previously used wax or parchment paper to roll out my crusts. What a pain! This bag is one of the coolest things in my kitchen ! I made 4 crusts for my apple pies with this pie bag, and it was so much easier. It’s sturdy, and well made, cheers to OXO ! A great buy!

My mom and grandma are amazing pie bakery. Me- I have always struggled with rolling put the crust. I used this yesterday to make some Thanksgiving pics. It was easy and results in my best effort so far. Such a simple concert and it really works!!!@

Takes the pain out of rolling out - not so easy to clean
This bag is very easy to use - and one can roll out with a minimum amount of flour / icing sugar compared to rolling out on a table / work surface. That would be all brilliant - if not every grain of sugar, salt, nut or other debris wouldn’t stick to it like glue - making cleaning it not as quick as one would wish. Nevertheless, good gadget, especially for rolling marzipan - a breeze to deposit on the cake.

Easy to use
Excellent, easy to use, no more messy worktops and flour all over the floor. No hassle to clean, just put in the dishwasher very happy with this.

Really easy to use!
I LOVE this! My mother had given me a tupperware rolling mat decades ago, but I always found the pie crust stuck to it and it was messy and hard to clean. When it finally wore out, I started looking for a new one and came across this great invention! I just used it today for the first time and it is life changing. It was so easy to use (I found it a bit easier to dust the inside lightly with flour first). It was a bit of a pain to clean...it says it's dishwasher friendly, but I didn't have room so I cleaned it by hand. It would make a great present for bakers!

Fantastic product for gluten free doughs
This is my go-to for rolling out gluten free doughs. It doesn't slide around the counter like saran wrap does, the dough doesn't stick to it, and it is easy to flip the dough out into the pan. I highly recommend this product.
