Buyers Beware - PLEASE PAY ATTENTION

When I received the rolling pin, it looked bit different since the Nylon 140010 version is supposed to be cream colored with flat edges whereas the one received was pure white with rounded edges. Upon removal of the wrapper, there was an old label underneath confirming it was indeed the cheaper 140018 Polyethylene model. That is a difference of $125 vs $63. I understand that mistakes happen, but what really bothered me was that it seemed like the new label on the wrapper was intentionally placed over the old label to cover it (see pictures attached). I really hope Amazon investigates this and no one else gets cheated into paying twice for something they did not wish to buy.

Buyer Beware - What you are purchasing is not the Nylon version.

Like another buyer stated, when you order the nylon 125$ roller you get the 60$ poly version. Color of the nylon should be a Creme color and this is white. One label reads poly on the manufacturers label, but a separate shrink wrap on the has a nylon label. Buyers Beware as you are not getting the higher-end model but you are paying for it.

A Rolling Pin With Nice Weight & Width

This rolling pin is heavier than a wooden rolling pin and does a really nice job with layered pastries, such as puff pastry and croissant dough. The additional weight helps to keep the butter block spreading consistently and prevents sharding. Rolling out pie dough is a very easy process with this and the dough tends to stick less to this than wood so I end up using less flour. So a really nice rolling pin over all and one I use quite frequently.

Perfect pastries.

Threw out my old rolling pin after buying this. Perfectly smooth, evenly weighted. Makes rolling dough for pies and pastries a breeze. Easy to clean, too. HIGHLY recommend if you are serious about baking.

Very sticky

Thought this would be amazing - because of the price. It’s not. I tried to roll out dough - each roll the dough stuck to this pin. Very disappointed.

Perfect Pin for Pies!!

I feel like Julia Child when I work with this pin. Width is perfect for pies! Love the weight and feel on pastry dough.
