Best weedeater string I have purchased
First of all you get a big roll of this stuff and it is heavy. You are getting your moneys worth in quanity. I was late cutting grass this year because of all the rain we have had in Alabama this year. When I figured out I couldnt see the edges of our little running branch I was afraid to run the John Deere lawn tractor close to the banks. I drug out the big guns, the Heavy as all get out Black and Decker rolling weedeater. I put new string in it, lasted about 5 minutes. More string, five minutes. Its a real bugger to put sting in, it was tearing up faster than I was replacing the cord. I came in the house and started looking a .155 weedeater cord. This was not the cheapest, but it was not the most expensive, it was the absolute best. I went back at it again this morning and cut for almost an hour on the creek bank. I got give out and tired of fighting the biting flies, but the cord is still on. I am 70 and I know a good deal, this is a good deal.

Be careful
Biggest issue is that when you use this product with those gas powered push Whipper-Snappers, it really tears into everything. If you have PVC irrigation risers in your yard, these will cut right through them. Same with any plant that is not very sturdy. They do wear down, but I do not feel these should last forever. They really get more done than the smaller handheld trimmer line can do.

Great Product, But.
Product seems well made and durable, but i didn't do my due diligence because this trimmer line is too fat for my Trimmer.

Cut it up
This string is just outstanding for use on our farm. It lasts longer than any string i have used in past. It cuts large weeds with think trucks with ease. Highly recommend.

IT is stiff and cuts though small tree tree shoots with no problem.
A lot of people seem to feel there must be one best trimmer line. Obviously there are a variety of types even in the same manufacture - because they are intended for different uses. This line is stiff and unforgiving if it slows down and fails to cut though and then wraps around a tree shoot or thick weed stem(s). I trim along 5 miles of pasture fencing all season long with a walk behind trimmer and try to keep popple tree shoots from encroaching on that. I use this for the heavy shoot cutting; it cuts like hell - awesome; saves me from having to use a hand trimmer with a saw blade. However; once it gets slowed down due to multiple shoots or heavy wet grass, it is so stiff and unforgiving - it can break off or get pulled out of the trimmer head. Big deal; if I am not in need of cutting though shoots, and just heavy grass - I use the square green without the core that is more pliable - and one set on the trimmer head will last forever -and stay intact when wrapping around small shoots of other things - it is more forgiving. Same goes for some of the star or triangular shaped lines. This particular line is great for me - with woven wire farm fencing going though long wooded pasture sections. It a killer and if it breaks off due to its rigidity some times, especially when it hits and wraps around a vertical wire intersection on the wire fence; just show some mettle - bend over and change it...

Extremely loud high pitched whistling sound. Too stiff.
I put this on, and the Husqvarna DR trimmer sounds absolutely terrible with this line. It seems to bog down slightly more with this line compared with the spiral line. And I have a theory, that this square line actually cuts more of the grass, instead of just blowing it around, so it uses more power actually cutting/shearing the plant vegetation. I am returning this product, because the machine is unbearable to use with this line. I've run the square line for about 30 minutes, and the high pitched whitsling from this square 0.155" line is so annoying it is literally ear piercing. I can't say for sure if the sound will go away, after the line has been used longer, and begins to stretch out and straighten out, or maybe I cut the pieces too long (almost to the edges of the plastic housing on the DR trimmer) and I haven't done a side by side test with the old line. But this is by far the loudest whistling I've ever heard from any power equipment before. It's literally a shrieking sound. They need to come up with some method of making the line more aerodynamic. I know Golf Balls are extremely aerodynamic, despite being a blunt object, and it's because of their holes. Perhaps they could make a trimmer line with a certain shape (like the Titanium line from Husqvarna) that would quiet the line down? Anyway, it doesn't matter how good it cuts. It sounds so loud, and is such a high pitched and loud whistling coming from this line, that I am returning it. It is very good line, and very strong, and cuts very well. But it is too loud.

Great
I love this line I use to go through about 4 sets of lines to cut my grass and with this I can get like 1.5 cuts off of one set

It works
I'm using a string brush cutter to tame some wild area of our land. Also trail maintenance. There's rocks and saplings and it's all very uneven land. I'm going thru wild flowers, tall grass, spruce and maple saplings, raspberry bushes, crawling vines. All entrenched for a number of years. The trimmer came with some replacement orange trimmer line that really didn't last long going thru the wild areas. It would probably work better on light duty areas. The Oregon line lasts longer and cuts through most stuff up to 1/2" saplings. It doesn't seem to do too well with the really tall switchgrass. I have to go pretty slow through that. I'm happy with it's performance. The orange line had to be replaced a few times each morning. One set of Oregon lines lasts the whole morning even running into big rocks, larger saplings and grounding it. I have used the trick of putting it in a bag with a damp (not wet) cloth overnight to re-hydrate the plastic. Not sure if it helps but it didn't hurt it. Unless someone tells me there's a unicorn trimmer line out there, I'll buy this again.

Quick delivery and really strong material
I had been using that orange nylon string from the big box store and was never impressed how much i went through just in trimming the yard. Bought this and have been really impressed with how strong it is and it lasts much longer than the old trimmer line. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a more durable line.

The best line for walk-behind trimmers
This stuff works great in my walk behind trimmer. It's much cheaper than any of the pre-cut options, and I cut a bunch of pieces when I got the roll to have them handy. This line is tough enough to cut through some significant plants, and cuts through simple grass for 20-30 minutes before requiring replacement. Very happy.

If you have a mower style trimmer, this is the good stuff
If you own a push style trimmer on wheels like a DR Mower or similar, you need heavy duty trimmer replacement cord, easily cut to length. This is the good stuff. Very durable and on a convenient spool.

Premium price for an only barely acceptable product.
The line does not last any longer than standard trimmer line. Slightly harder to load the square line than standard round line. The additional cost for this "Superior" line is not worth it.
