Have used for several years; Work just fine

As a consulting company, we've used these for 6 or 8 years to provide graduation certificates from leadership programs. Yes, they're inexpensive (which is why we chose them), and there is a learning curve for getting the certificate into the frame (hint: pull the plastic most of the way out, line up the certificate on the plastic, push both of them back into the frame at the same time, don't get your fingerprints all over the plastic). We don't use the certificate that comes with the frame, but purchase those separately - usually made of 60 - 80 pound paper. Can see why the thin certificate sheet that come with the frame would not work. The thicker certificates seem to stay in place just fine. Overall, we've been pretty happy with the trade off on low cost and okay quality of the product.

Great Frame For The Price!

I honestly don't know why people give this product such poor reviews, other than if they're not following the instructions provided and then the outcome is the appearance not being as neat then. You have to read the instructions, follow the instructions, and not rush thru the process if you want the result to look good. I've purchased 3-4 packs of these so far over the last few years to frame different certificates I received at work for good performance, incentive winnings, anniversary dates, etc to then hang on my wall in my work office at home. I work from home as a virtual agent so I like to hang them and keep them organized. I personally feel for the low cost of these frames/certificate holders that it's a great product if you don't want to use a wood and glass frame or certificate holder as I did not want to. I wanted something nice in appearance, but yet light in weight that I wouldn't need to hammer a nail into the wall paneling leaving unattractive holes in paneling if I ever move. And these certificate holders/freshness work great for that purpose. I just bought another pack today and in I'm thankful that the seller offers them as such a fair price! Some advice for using this product: align your certificate or document in the frame/holder by arranging/moving the certificate itself under the plastic film while holding onto a corner of the frame, rather than touching the plastic film piece to arrange the certificate because then you won't leave finger prints behind on the plastic film when you're ready to hang it or sit it on table or shelf. Also, I found that it's very helpful to put 1 or 2 small pieces of scotch tape on backside of frame to hold certificate in place between the frame and the plastic film in front. That way if the frame is moved or bumped in any way your certificate or document won't move on the inside and therefore saving you the time of having to reposition it. Also, I just wanted to note that the frame is designed in a manner that you can hang it like other frames with a nail on wall or sitting on table or shelf as a picture frame. I chose to use small push pins to hang my frames as you can see in my pics because as mentioned earlier, I don't want to leave unattractive holes from nails on my wall paneling. Hope this helps others looking to purchase this product!

Good Quality, Bad Fitting Design

Good quality, bad fitting for 8"x11" paper. The award paper slips down as we try to stand the frame. Also the plastic glass is made too small and slips out as we stand the frame.

Worst Frame

This frame seems like it is made out of cheep stuff. Not only is the frame itself terrible, the thing that you use to hang on the wall is terrible. Basically this is made out of cheap cardboard that is painted to look great. Don't be fooled like I was.
