For square patties, keep looking
The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to like this Nordic Ware 365 burger press. I purchased it specifically for the use of the square press for my chicken sausages. I figured (based on the info in the listing), it would be a simple, insert meat, press and release operation. IMO, burger presses are suppose to speed up the burger making process. Unfortunately, to use the square burger press, it's a totally manual, literally one-sided operation (there is no second side, matching square shaped mating piece). You have to insert the meat, then press the meat into the press the best way you can. Then shave off the excess, press to shape/fitting into the mold, and then you're done. If you are making dozens of near 4-inch patties, this will be a tedious process. It was hard to tell from the listing, but I assumed there were two matching/mating pieces of the square-shaped press, just like they include two pieces for the round burger press. Overall, this press didn't help me in my process of making dozens of chicken sausages at a time. I'm still on the prowl for a square-shaped approx 4 inch burger press that will help me in sausage making ventures. As such, and because it didn't help speed up the process (the sole reason for purchasing a press), I can only rate this items at 3 stars. Because I don't feel it lived up to the whole reason for purchasing such a press, I don't recommend it.

Good
This is a good product and it makes a great size burger. It is easy to use even without reading the instructions. I have only two negatives. First, once you’ve got the meat in the device and it’s taken the shape you want, it’s hard to get it out of the device. Some people have suggested using parchment paper in the device when you’re squeezing or even using spray vegetable oil. Personally I don’t like either option. Second, it is the dickens to clean. On the bright side, Amazons price is the lowest around.

Nice for making Veggie Burgers
I saw this device used by a YouTuber named Plant Based Gabriel. Perfect for making veggie burgers. Definitely use parchment or wax paper if making veggie burgers because they can sometimes be 'sticky' and not press cleanly. But this is a great little device when I am making a number of veggie burgers or sliders to freeze.

A Tool That is Not Needed
Let me start off by saying that I really like Nordic Ware as a company, and that is what led me to try this product. Conceptually this sounds great, but in practice, the effort required doesn't equal the outcome. I do love the idea, but when it comes to using these molds to make the burgers, it becomes tedious - the hamburger always seems to stick to the molds, causing the patty to get broken up into pieces, requiring manually repairs. It would be okay if it happened only occasionally, but it has happened to me with every patty I've made so far. Maybe a little non-stick cooking spray would work, but I'd prefer to do without that in my burgers. In the end, it is actually quicker and less frustrating to just make a stuffed burger with your hands - no tools needed.

Easy Burgers
I've used this for a variety of different ground meats: hamburger, Sausage, and even for making Tuna Melts. It's easy to use, and cleans up quickly.

Bring on the Ground Beef!
The patty press works pretty well. I was able to take a couple pounds of ground beef and -- a handful at a time -- make individual home-made burger patties of regular size AND also of White Castle slider size. The meat stuck together pretty well and I simply put the freshly made patties into plastic baggies and into the freezer. Getting ready to do another batch today.

Great product
Say it being used on YouTube by plant based Gabriel for forming bean burgers. So I thought I would give it a try. Very pleased that you can put wax paper in between to keep clean when pressing. This is better than the Tupperware press I had years ago that was hard to get the patties to cime out of the pressing base. Would recommend this product to anyone who ask about it.

inexpensive and works
If you follow the directions it works exactly as intended. It makes half pound burgers not including whatever you stuff them with so just be prepared for some bigger size burgers

Dos piezas, una para cada cosa.
Una pieza es para hacer las hamburguesas normales (redonda por un lado y cuadrada por el otro) y la otra para las hamburguesas rellenas (se hacen las dos mitades por un lado y se "sellan" ya rellenas por el otro)
