looks nice doesn't hold up
I love Neiko tools, but, this one doesn't cut the mustard. The handle space is too small to get proper leverage for a proper crimp(at least in my large hands). It seems well built at first, but, after an extended time of usage, the hinge point starts to fall apart. After a while, I spent more time tightening the hinge screw than actually crimping wires. If i had it to do again, I'd purchase the channel lock brand crimper and decent pair of Klein wire strippers.

Same if not better than the tool truck crimps
I got mine months ago and don’t regret getting it at all. They are sturdy and even though the cutters are on the back, they will strip and cut your wires well. Don’t try and cut oversized wires like I did or you run the risk of damaging the cutting surface. Despite that they are still my go to wire tool. I gave five stars across the board due the fact that they feel good in hand, are inexpensive compared to others, and they are really easy to use. I have no doubt that they’ll hold up over time as I have owned Neiko’s impact sockets for over three years and have yet to break or even crack a single one….and I work professionally on otr trucks. Neiko tools hold up well.

Great purchase
Great pliers! They aren't as thick as the snap-on equivalent but it doesn't take that much force to crimp a wire. Everything about these are great, making it a must have in any mechanic's box!

Good product
My only real complaints are more like annoyances.I like the crimping side of this tool but i do not like where the cutter is behind the pivot and it is to small. I commonly am cutting through 4 12ga wires at one time and would prefer a longer cutter and have it positioned at the tip of the cutter instead of before the hinge. Overall i would recommend these they are much thinner than the set i have now and require less grip strength to crimp.

An inexpensive replacement
This crimper is a great replacement for the Mac style that up and grew legs. It's a bit lighter, less bulky and a whole lot cheaper ( something to think about when working around a certain type of people). Stripper and cutter are very sharp and I personally prefer the placement of the crimper, out front gives better leverage for tighter, more secure crimps.

Fantastic time saver
Don't know how I managed for so long without these. They are extremely efficient and save huge amounts of time on wiring jobs. They even strip the outer sleeving off flex or power cable while leaving the wire underneath completely unharmed. Time taken to strip a flex and the insulation on the conductors is about 10 seconds if you are not in a hurry

Wire strippers
Very good well made tool. It strips fine wire and larger cables neatly and accurately. Don't fiddle around with side cutters or knives buy this tool - you will not regret it.

Well-made and a useful wiring combination
We like the compact - almost delicate - size, though it is almost as well-built as something from the Knipex factory. Stripper, crimper, cutter and comfortable handle covering too - good kit.
