Just what I needed

This set of piano hinges came earlier than promised. They were well packaged - important for 30" hinges., and came with the tiny screws needed. They seem to be high quality and they are lightweight, which was important for my project.

This is NOT heavy duty in my book!

The media could not be loaded. When a “heavy duty” item comes out of the box with a bow in it, I wonder what they call light or medium duty? I was expecting something with some heft to it. This is the same as every piano hinge I found in the big box stores. I’ll use it and hope it holds up or I’ll wait until it fails and find something worth of the description “heavy duty”

Hard to describe other than it is what it is

High quality and seems sturdy and able to handle the weight I will be using it for. On a plus side it came with the mounting screws which I didn’t see in the description

this one has a lot of screw holes which means its being held on much better and i dont fear this one ripping the screws ...

The old hinge i had on a chest i was fixing was longer than this and had 1/2 the screw holes and it didnt hold. this one has a lot of screw holes which means its being held on much better and i dont fear this one ripping the screws out as the old one did.

1/3 the price of Stanley

This is exactly the same as the Stanley hinge but is made in Canada our good neighbors to the north. Note this and the Stanley one have .03" metal and not .04" as advertised in the 50% higher priced Stanley hinge.

Average quality, average price

Nothing to report. Average piano hinge, nothing special, did the job, a little too flexible for my use and bent when cutting.

Thin, bendable, light duty hinge, looks nice

This hinge looks pretty nice. It is not robust by any means. A child could easily bend this hinge in half. I think once it is installed, and attached to some rigid material (in my case, a cabinet door), it will serve its purpose. If you're looking for a really strong hinge, this is not it. Could probably cut it with some tin snips.
