Great formula mixer!

I actually pulse it or it will create too many bubbles and I stick it in before I turn it on or else it splashes everywhere but it does a great job at mixing the formula , it sure beats swirling the bottle by hand for 5 + minutes just to still have chunks hiding and stuck to the side of the bottle!! Remember to pulse it dont keep it on too long or It will froth it instead of just mixing!!!

Great for protein smoothies

I like to prepare a protein drink after my workout, but blending the powder was always a mess, I often ended up with big chunks of unmixed powder in my drink. No longer: this little mixer does the trick to give me a nice smooth protein drink. Love it!

Possible ‘Buyer Beware’ READ WHOLE THING. (Only for mixing pitchers not bottles)

First- *This is not a good choice if you’re looking to use in single bottles. This is meant for making big pitchers of formula at once.* I got this because I make 38-40oz pitchers of formula at once, & we use over 24 hours (my son drinks a lot of formula. He is a tank since birth. 98% weight & 99% height & birth & still is @ 11.5m now). So making that much formula at once, I needed something to help mix it faster+effectively aside from my hand whisk I hated using. I found another cheap formula mixer on Amazon, tried it, & it was not great, the wand was too short to use in pitcher. So I found this & was quite pleased as it was longer & the motor was much better on it, & the whisk attachment was way better than others listed. It was exactly what I needed. It was working amazing, I used it every night for the last almost 2 months. It took 2 AA batteries so very convenient. At the almost 2 month mark, the motor/spin speed seemed to be slowing down/not as powerful. It was still working okay & getting the job done but each night it was taking longer & longer to mix up my formula pitcher, then finally I got brand new batteries, & went to use it, turned it on, & it completely sputtered out & stopped working totally within seconds of me turning it on, & wouldn’t move or spin. I made sure batteries were in correctly, even tried a totally different pair of brand new batteries, & still wouldn’t work. So clearly the motor went out. Now I have no idea what to do. It was $12(not expensive but if they break every 2 months roughly I don’t want to spend $72 a year on these when I could just buy a nice immersion blender or such for that amount), not sure if I can return or get a replacement, or if there’s some sort of warranty. I’m bummed because it was really great for what I needed it for. Since I’m not using it for just single smaller bottles, the speed & power of this mixer was perfect for the amount of formula I was making at a time in a big pitcher. I’ve seen other comments from people saying theirs stopped working in a much shorter time period than mine, not sure if it was the same issue on some where the motor stopped working, but from what I read I do know at least a few had the motor go out too. Or experienced a similar problem to me if it’s not actually the motor but something else causing mine and others to stop mixing. But maybe this is why they’re only $12, maybe I can’t expect a product to last a year+ for that price when I’m using it for such mixing every night. But you’d think if they’re advertising it/making it as a product for specifically mixing bottles/formula, they should know that bottles and formula are made daily & multiple times a day and will get heavy use so they should have made them more durable. I’d have gladly paid $20+ for a more thorough product. But I guess maybe I’ll return if I can and use my funds toward an immersion blender or bigger handheld single whisk mixer type thing. So I guess this is a possible ‘buyer beware’

Very useful for baby formula mixing

I bought this to help me mix baby formula in bottles and has worked like a charm especially when on the go simple to clean requires AAA batteries and comes with two attachments one for Mixing and one for frothing so needless to say I use it for mixing chocolate milk coffee and frothing milk for my coffee etc.

Gave out in 6 months

The media could not be loaded. Did what it was supposed to, lasted 7 months, you get what you pay for. Should of blew $50 on a good one that will last a while. After 3 months I noticed it started losing blending power, (changed batteries frequently) after 6 months the cover for the batteries came off with the vibration and it was making a horrible noises that it’ll wake up my daughter. Overall 3 out of 5 stars. If you want something that lasts, invest in a good $50 blender. This is garbage after 4 months.

Not as great as expected but still handy

I was looking for a formula mixer and decided to purchase this brand based on reviews. I was very excited to receive the item and put it to work. My son drinks about 3-4 oz of formula at a time. I like to make bottles in advance so I don't have to worry about mixing when he is ready to eat. I prepare the formula by mixing a larger amount in a couple bigger bottles and then divide it up into the smaller bottles. Before buying this mixer I would give the big bottles the old shake, shake shake, then set them down because they foam up a lot from all the shaking, and I would wait for them to get unbubbly and then shake, shake, shake some more and repeat until there were no more little clumps settling at the bottom of the bottles. This mixer is pretty powerful and I would not try to use it in a smaller bottle because it would probably get messy. For mixing 8 oz in a large (10oz Nuk) bottle it doesn't make a mess but it is still a little more time consuming than I had hoped. It stirs things up pretty well but after about a minute of mixing I let it sit and then check the bottom for clumps, and every time there they are, so I have to mix, mix, mix some more. So by the time I do this with two bottles it doesn't really save me a lot of time from the shaking method because at least I can shake both bottles at the same time, but it does create less bubbles and is not so tiring on the arms. Maybe if I mix less formula at a time, like 6 oz, it will work out better so I will have to give that a try. Also the attachment starts to come loose while I'm using it and sometimes I have to stop and push it all the way back in. I have not tried the frothing attachment but I am sure that it probably works better for that since making froth doesn't take as long as mixing formula. **UPDATE** Very useful for Similac Sensitive formula! After writing my original review I didn't even really use this thing, just went back to the shaking method because it wasn't saving me any time and just gave me yet another thing to wash. BUT, my son has just switched to Similac Sensitive which, if shaken, gets extremely foamy! So I brought the mixer out of retirement and now use it every time for mixing because it causes way less foam than shaking does. I added another star since it's now useful, but didn't give it the full five because I'm still not so happy about the wand coming loose during mixing.

A life saver!

Saw loads of reviews about this one and the previous one breaking, have had this about a month now and thought it did start but actually in reality it just needed a new battery ???? has absolutely saved our lives with the thickened milk and is easy to carry in the bag for when we're out! We have maybe one or two lumps left now? Found also that it works even better now that we are using a Tommee Tippee Prep Machine for bottles idk why but the milk is so smooth my little boy absolutely loves it! Can tell the difference in his feeding since buying this so thank you very much!

A good frother however is too powerful if you’re trying to use it for individual bottles it makes too many bubbles in the formula. If you’re making formula ahead of time and it has time to sit that’s fine. Easy to use and clean I still use it daily for other things like my coffee cream ????

So helpful for mixing formula and love that it can travel so I can bring it on the road!! Formula is so smooth has absolutely no clumps and there’s way less bubbles!!

High cost low quality

Too much high price. The formula mixer spills out milk while mixing. It does produce bubbles. The idea I got this to avoid bubbles while making formula. But this ain't helping. Waste investment. The coffee froathing is available for 120rs. Cost is very high
