These ARE the gloves you're looking for

Wear as a night shift security officer, keeps my hands from getting cut up or cold during patrols through the wooded areas on my site. Have held up remarkably well over the past year of usage, definitely getting a little thin in the fingertips but they still hold on through an entire year of daily use. ~Personal bias to follow~ These gloves managed to keep me from losing a finger or perhaps more in an incident with a subject wielding a knife. The blade slid right between my fore and middle fingers, opening up the material but not breaching the steel mesh inside. I can still hold up both middle fingers thanks to these gloves and I'll likely never choose another brand.

Velcro picks at material

These gloves are great but as you fasten the Velcro strap on the wrist, the material on the top part of the glove tends to stick. Eventually the material starts to pull a bit. My solution was to cut the hook Velcro strap off and stick it to the loop Velcro since I don't use it anyway.

Feel good

Ordered the large and they fit fine. I have deep webbing between fingers so there is some room at tips of fingers but its not noticeable when riding motorcycle which is what I use them for. Palm size is just as stated on size chart.

Too big when ordered my normal size in the Mechanix gloves

Why do the Mechanix gloves sizes vary between the different styles. Normally the Large fit me “like a glove,” but this style were bigger, mainly extra room at the finger tips. If you purchase a cut resistant pair of gloves for searching, you don’t want them big and floppy with too much extra room.

I am glad that Mechanix is making cut proof gloves

I am glad that Mechanix is making cut proof gloves. I've used Mechanix gloves religiously in archaeological work and in disaster recovery work, anything where I'm trying to keep my hands from getting scuffed up. They're tough, fit well as described and are thin. I love the added protection that the cut proof lining provides, and it doesn't seem to make the gloves any hotter or cause any issues with excessive sweating or moisture.

All around great, a little loose on the finger tips.

These gloves are great! Perfect for searches, I can throw them in my back pocket and forget the exist until I need them. I am able to feel enough without worrying that I'm going to get my hands dirty. They do fit a little loose when other Mechanix gloves in my size fit a bit better. Maybe after a few more washes they will get there.

Needle resistant but not entirely puncture proof

The outside of the glove is NOT cut resistant. A safety pin will penetrate. The palm and the fingerprint side of the finger tip is very resistance to a safety pin. Always use caution even when wearing gloves to search a subject.

Decepciona con la calidad

Si perteneces a las fuerzas y cuerpos de seguridad y estas en seguridad ciudadana, no te lo recomiendo. Pros: es medianamente cómodo, no da calor, y tiene en la palma anticorte. Contras: en un servicio ya deshilachado por la parte superior (sólo registrando un coche) vamos que le doy menos duración casi que un guante de látex, me esperaba una calidad mejor. En definitiva si estas en un centro penitenciario o en un juzgado quedan muy bien, ahora para trabajar en la calle son un auténtico full.

Buena protección, material regular

Me habían hablado muy bien de ellos, y la verdad es que el anticorte funciona muy bien, además de ser táctiles para uso de móviles/tabletas, cómodos y se ajustan bien a la mano. Tengo seguridad cuando los uso. Eso si, con muy poco uso, ya se han empezado a deshilachar por las yemas de los dedos. Por lo demás bien.
