If you have or had a shin injury these are perfect for you

I am a runner in high school. Last year I had a stress fracture on my tibia and was out for my whole track season. Before this season started I still felt a little discomfort that’s when I bought the sleeves and the pain ultimately went away. I have used these so far in every meet and my shins have never felt better. I recommend getting these if you constantly get shin splits. Make sure to measure your calf so you could get the proper size

Would not buy again.

Not the quality McDavid used to be.Much thinner,no compression and size small fit like a medium.Probably due to cutbacks and mfg,...Corporate needed more money I guess

Athlete with Protein C Deficiency

The McDavid True Compression Calf Sleeve is one of the best products next to good shoes an runner can have. There is a medical reason I bought the compression sleeves and that is I suffer from Protein C deficiency. I have suffered two DVT's in the last four years and I thought my running days were over until my Dr. recommended a compression sleeve. I run about 40 miles and bike 120 miles a week and found that the sleeves are the best money can buy. I tried a few others and McDavid has gotten it right. I now wear them when I travel in car of plane and find I have zero swelling or pulling of blood. I would recommend the sleeve to everyone. They are AWESOME!!!

Great Fit and Look

I love this compression sleeve. It's the perfect fit for my leg. I need it to help relief from a blood clot I had after surgery. The clot made it hard to walk long distances and made some gym exercises difficult. The sleeve has helped relieve some pain and control the swelling. It also feels great. I hardly remember I'm wearing it. The design is sleek and nice. It's a really great sleeve.

Had the product for well over 2 years and now it is slowly starting to rip at the seams. I've played basketball multiple times with these and they have put up over the years. Overall I would recommend these considering how cheap they are and even through heavy use they have managed to hold up, until now that is. As for washing I would hand wash these but thats just me. I didn't want to shrink them in the wash and have them not fit anymore. As for drying I just threw them in the dryer on low heat for a couple minutes.

You can Measure perfectly with tape measure

I measured my calf’s with a Tape measure lol, cause I didn’t have the Talior type measuring tool. And I got the correct size????. Good compression on the calf’s too! My shin splints don’t bother me during my track practices. Good buy!

Good product but not what I needed

I thought these would help stop my calves from cramping during football in the summer. They didn't. Don't get me wrong, they seem like a very nice product, well made, I like other McDavid products and have the arm sleeve of theirs and they are very good. I just bought these on the information that they may help with calve cramps and they didn't. It was still worth the try.

Sizing chart is inaccurate.

This item didn't fit as expected. It was way too loose, basically just like wearing an athletic sock. I measured my calf and purchase the size recommended in the sizing chart. I should have purchase one size smaller. I ended up returning this product because it did not work as described.
