Just what I needed
I have to push my boat into a narrow space between a fence and my garage. This item helps me get there with a lot less effort than just using the trailer. It gives me leverage and line of sight in making the clearing and avoid damage to any element of the space. Easy to assembly! One negative. One of the valve stems was defective and would not hold air. Good thing I had an extra to trouble shoot or I'd have returned the product because of a tire that would not inflate!

Best tool I've gotten in a long time
I was sceptical at first, but it's honestly the best tool I've gotten in a very long time! I was having the most difficult time getting my RV trailer in and out of my garage unit because I only have inches to spare on each side. Manhandling it inch by inch was exhausting and I admit I went through several side lights getting busted on the walls of the garage opening before I got this dolly. Now, I can maneuver the trailer exactly where it needs to go and haven't busted a light since. Very easy to use and has been a huge time saver as well. Good thing I'm on a mostly flat area, or I would have gone with a more robust machine. I wouldn't want to try this on any kind of hill!!! Or with a trailer heavier than mine, which is 1800 lbs when empty.

No Issues, Does What I Need It To
Helps me move a popup trailer through an 8ft gate and into a small area in my backyard. No complaints other than the dolly does not store very well - it does not balance upright against a wall on its own, so I've just hung it awkwardly on a hook on the wall of my garge. Not a big deal, but Id rather it be sturdy and large than flimsy and collapsible.

Helpful for moving trailer, but not perfect...
I got this dolly to help with moving my 1500lb popup camper into and out of the garage. First thing, it is rated for 600lbs tongue weight, not total weight, It says this right on the box. I had assumed this when purchasing, but can confirm it for anyone wondering. There was a slight odor when I opened the box, but not too bad (response to other reviews). I did need to inflate the tires, which proved a challenge because of how the valve stems were positioned and due to the small size of the tire (not much space between the rim and where to center comes out). But I was able to get them inflated without too much hassle. It was simple to put together. The instructions were not super clear, but clear enough if you've put stuff together before. Took maybe 15 or 20 minutes. A few wrenches are needed. The dolly seems well made and sturdy. Using the dolly took a bit of caution. It is rather low (from the ground) but workable. If I tried a tight turn the tires would hit the jack wheel (which I put up but kept on (more on that in a minute). But I was able to maneuver without problems. It did make moving the camper easier (in comparison to moving it with the plastic jack wheel only). The physical movement was slightly easier - because I was in a better position, able to get a better grip. It made maneuvering the camper much easier! I have to get the camper in and out of a garage door with only a couple inches to spare. This made it relatively easy (in the level garage) to go back and forth until I was lined up properly. Also, turning the camper around once I got it out was much easier too, I did not need to keep fighting with the jack wheel. When connecting the trailer, I found that the ball was rather tilted when set down on the stand. I put a few boards under base of the stand to make it more vertical. Once it was hooked up, I took two precautions. 1) I flipped the hitch lock to lock it in place. 2) I cranked up the jack wheel, but left it in place. I had it an inch or so off the ground. That way if the dolly started to rock away from me, it would only go so far down. Two notes of caution in using this: 1) it is a bit like a seesaw. I would pull down on the handle, while the hitch was weighing down on the other side of the axle (which served as a fulcrum). Once you realize this, it is not a problem, but you want to keep it in control. This is why I left the jack wheel on - so that it could not rotate too far down on the hitch end. Still you want to be careful in handling it. 2) Make sure you have help and a wheel chock at the ready if you are on anything other than level ground. Given that the trailer now has four wheels, it will roll if not on the level and could easily get away from you. Even on the very minor slope of our driveway (very, very minor), I needed to turn the jack wheel sideways and crank it down to keep the trailer from rolling until I could get the wheels chocked. Overall, this does what I need at a good price. I was able to back the trailer out of the garage today, turn it around and position it to be hitched up by myself. I could do this only because the surface is very close to level, but I would not have been able to do this without the dolly.

Well made
The powder coating and overall construction is good. Surprised to see such thick steel. Hardware was sturdy and went together fairly easily. Came with a 1 7/8" ball, was expecting a 2".

A must have if you own a small trailer or portable machine with a hitch
Comes with a 1 7/8 ball. 3/4 inch shank. Quality construction. I use it to move a log splitter around in a tight area. Good assembly instructions.

Makes moving heavy boats and trailers easy!
It was not difficult to assemble though I must admit having a picture of an assembled dolly on the front of the box was more helpful than the instructions. A very sturdy unit which makes maneuvering an unhitched boat and trailer, especially into tight spots, easy. Good value for the $’s spent.

I used this to push around a 13ft vintage camper. Worked great! Would certainly purchase again.

Put my 8 foot popup in garage alone.
I have a small incline on my driveway but was still able to push my camper up and into my garage for the winter. It will also be handy to move my trailer out of my way when I want to use the garage in other seasons. I can put it back in after I am done using my shop . The city doesn't like these things in the driveway. Great tool made my life simpler, I can even bring it to campsites to position the camper just right.
