4-year Update
The media could not be loaded. 4-year update. OK, I've gotten my $200 worth out of this mule, but not without a LOT of DIY. Literally, I have replaced or fabricated all of the electrical connectors, switches and wires, and repaired/fabricated the handle ass'y several times. Good news, the motor is still running :) After many repairs inside the electronics compartment (relays, wiring, connectors, switches) I could no longer keep it going and decided to remove the whole relay system and "Hot wire" it to a new toggle switch. Had to run the 16 GA power line from the battery source up through the handle to the toggle switch, and the motor line up to the toggle switch as well, but got it to work. Without the relays it coasts an inch or so to a stop when releasing the toggle switch, but other than that so far so good. Would still recommend this mule only if you are a handyperson capable of DIY workarounds. I've done everything I can to keep it going, so the only thing left to go wrong is the motor going out (it is working harder as time goes on) and after 4 years I'm OK with that and will replace the unit with another one just like it (although the price is creeping up). 3 year update: Still running but little issues. The rocker switch has gone out twice now. The connector from the wire bundle in the handle to the motor fell apart and I had to fabricate a connector (its a 3-prong connector), And the welded nut inside the handle that connects to the motor housing fell off so I had to tap some threads in the motor housing. So lots of little things have gone wrong, and without ANY support from the seller, I've been on my own to keep it running. On the positive side, I have inadvertently dunked it twice, full submersion, in the lake, and it didn't bother it a bit, so it appears to be somehwat water resistant. Updated Review: I've had my HappyBuy for about 2 years now, and have run into a problem that has rendered my HappyBuy useless. The rocker switch has gone out. Fortunately it went out while parked in the garage so I did't get stuck in the middle of the driveway. I contacted HappyBuy and its first reply was encouraging. "We will everything we can to make it right" kind of reply. When I told them all I need was a replacement rocker switch...dead silence, have never received an acknowledgement much less a switch. So, as a good handyman does, I began a personal search for a switch and eventually found one. Wasn't costly but it just irks me when I have to solve a manufacturer's issue on my own and on my dime. So here is my take. It is exactly what I needed and at a reasonable price. Great concept, low profile, simple to mount and operate.I am using it to move a 15 foot pontoon boat on a galvanized trailer and it moves it around easily. I have an ever so slight grading going into the garage and it does lose traction a bit because I have a sealer on the pavers which makes them slightly slick. I have found that if I lower the tongue and thereby put more weight on the mover it gets a better grip. I have exactly 1.5 inches of doorway clearance on each side of the rig going through the garage door, and I easily maneuver the rig through the eye of the needle with the mover. Dinged one star for the mounting bracket. There is a lot of lateral stress on the mover when in use and the mounting bracket could be beefier. In particular I'm referring to the bracket that wraps around the tube section (the bracket that mounts to the trailer tongue is fine and solid). I'm considering devising a secondary bracket for the tube section to provide it with more lateral strength. I can't comment on how long the mover holds up as I just received it and mounted it.

Unusable and unsafe as shipped
The only reason I'm not giving this thing one star and returning it for a refund is that I started out planning to build my own powered wheel from scratch, and this product still promises to be somewhat easier than that. It simply will not work with the parts provided. Maybe they had a working bracket design at some point, but if they did they cut so many corners that it's not usable anymore. None of the flat surfaces on the bracket are actually flat. There's no clearance for bolt heads or washers. The manual shows a locking pin for the pressure plate, but what's provided is an ordinary hex bolt. Because there's no clearance for the head, it's impossible to tighten it down. If you grind that spot flat like I did, you'll find that the bolt is too long and you still can't tighten it down because it'll hit the surface it's mounted to well before it's tight. It has to be replaced by one about 1/4" shorter. Even with the interfering parts of the bracket ground flat, it's not secure enough to do its job. The wheel has so much play it can move 8-10 inches forward and back before the trailer moves at all. And without the wheel supporting the trailer, just using my hands I can rock it back and forth enough to see the bracket flex. I emailed the company before starting on any modifications, and they replied back and said they'd get back to me. It's been over a week. I'm pressing on with my project but I'll be ditching the mounting plate. The good news is that the wheel unit unscrews from the jack. If I have to fabricate an entirely new jack section, I can do that. If you're not comfortable with welding and metal fabrication, DO NOT buy this product! You'll have drilled holes in your trailer and run wiring for nothing, and if you attempt to use the wheel with the provided parts there's a very good chance it'll rip itself right off the trailer and potentially cause injury and further damage.

Perfect for our needs
This was exactly what we needed to maneuver our small Casita into its tight storage space. My husband had a metal worker come up with a way to easily attach it using an exsisting connection. That made it a lot easier to take on and off.

Like to give it 5 stars, but…
It is a great little trailer mover. That said, it needs to be beefier. The strap that holds it to the trailer is not enough to keep it stable. After one use the switch that controls the forward/backward stopped functioning. I contacted the company and their response was quick. Hoo Rah! They asked for photos to show what I thought was wrong. I tried taking a video and sure enough it started working again. I don’t think I have seen the last of the switch malfunction as I noticed there were quite a few complaints from other reviewers. Everyone thinks that whatever needs to be done to keep it going is worth it. Me too!

OK for the price
This is my second one. It is not a quality product, but nothing compares for the price. The motor lasted less than 2 years, with maybe a dozen uses or less a year. I do not use the jack. I use it to turn a railroad motorcar on occasions. The car is too heavy for the jack ratings so I put most of the weight on other wheels. When it works, it works well. You will probably have to design a way to put a second clamp on the attachment. The one that it comes with is not enough for anything but the lightest use.

Cables del calibre adecuado 10 AWG y la bateria con carga y buen contacto
Inicialmente no funciono, pero luego descubri que el cable estaba muy delgado el que le adapte hasta la bateria, la cual estaba deficiente, en cuanto cambie de cables y bateria movio muy bien el remolque, inicialmente me parece bien.
