Does what it needs.

I was unsure of sizing, I was between 2 sizes and went the size down. Glad I did. The extra compression is great, without feeling pinchy. Moves with the body, keeps the heat in the thigh

This brace gives good support but it is clearly not defined how to wear it. What goes towards the inner and outer thigh.

Manufacturer Sizing is Correct

I ordered one size larger than my leg size based upon other reviews. I'd suggest sticking with the manufacturer guidelines. I have medium+ size legs per the guidelines and ordered large instead of medium (partially because I have a large sleeve from another manufacturer and that one fits great). They fit and stay up but a medium probably would have been better. Thus, I like my McDavid sleeve a little better.

Works great for thigh rash

I have a rash on my inner thighs that comes from my skin rubbing against itself while walking. I'm fine on short walks, but anytime I try to exercise or go on extended walks it becomes painful. I bought two of these and put them on. It's a bit tricky getting it all situated, but it works. The sleeves rub against each other and I don't feel any pain. Highly recommended. If you are getting these for the same reason, I recommend you get two. I've tried it with just one, and the other thigh will still become sensitive and painful since it still rubs against the sleeve. Covering both legs protects the skin.

Equal to the Thigh Sleeves from the Orthopedic Doctor, But Order One Size Up.

Having suffered previous hamstring injuries, I can tell you that this is the real deal, every bit comparable to the thigh sleeves given me by my orthopedic doctor. I wore it all day, and it stayed up. I was able to go for a short (.5 mile) and careful walk, despite my hamstring injury. It seems to help when climbing stairs. My ONLY complaint is the sizing. I measured my thigh at the middle while standing (your leg will expand a little while standing) and mid-thigh measured just under 19 inches. The small size is slightly more tight than "moderate" especially just above my knee. I may order a Medium and compare them. I recommend ordering one size up. Specifically, if your thigh measures 18.5" or more, order a Medium. For reference, I am a regular cyclist (45 miles, 3-4 times per week) so my thighs are fairly solid and don't compress easily. But for the sizing issue, I would rate this 5 stars.

The one I was looking for!

The material is great, the fit: is little bit big for the size. I got size large but it does not fit snug. It slips onece in a while. I love how it is made tho, sturdy, reliable and functional. Good quality. If you wear size large get one size smaller.

High-quality product for muscle strain prevention or healing support

I ordered this product in a size larger than suggested by the manufacturer, and I was glad I did. Even though it is billed by the manufacturer as fitting a thigh 3-7 inches larger than mine, it feels snug. For those who are allergic to latex, beware that this product contains latex. There is no metal in this brace--it is entirely made of fabric. The fabric, however, is not terribly breathable, and it will make you sweat. This is a very thick, heavy brace and it can make its presence annoyingly known as you try to exercise, whether lifting weights, walking, or more active sports. However, if you have a strained muscle, it can make it possible to do light exercise that you might not otherwise be able to do, and the heat it generates in your muscles can help speed healing. For price I rate this 5 stars. For promptness of delivery and packaging from seller I rate this 5 stars. For representation of the sizing of the product I rate this 3 stars. Overall 4 stars.

the best one

I tried a couple different ones and this is the ONLY one that worked. my thigh is a little thicker than average but nothing out of control. some of the other ones would not go on at all. and the one with the waste strap SUCKED, it was just way too much material. This one worked great. Its designed to fit tight, and in super hot humid weather it took a bit of effort to get it in place, since it would stick to my skin. but it stayed put well and gave just enough support for my groin after a recent pull. I did find I had to wear it UNDER my clothes and not over my clothes. I tried that once and it just slid right off.

It is like compression shorts but will not stay in place. You only get just one and I would have rather bought tight compression shorts if I knew this problem. Only use probably for one strained thigh that you can put on when you go to bed. I ordered medium and may be small one would at least stayed on perhaps. Name of the product itself sound like German. Box says Mfg and mktd by Muller sports medicine inc with a USA address but actual product carries made in China label. I took a picture of both labels but no option to upload the photo. Not very impressed.

Thighs the limit

Good product, good quality - does exactly as advertised and keeps hamstrings and thighs warm and protected. Suitable for most amateur sporstmen. Remains tight even after several weeks of use.

Para tendinitis de cuadriceps y aductores pierna

Tengo una rotura en el gemelo interno de la pierna, y al andar para evitar el dolor, se me había producido una tendinitis en los aductores y dolor también en el vasto interno. Tan solo llevo dos días con él y solo puedo dar parbienes. Los dolores que tenía en la pierna al andar eran casi inmovilizantes. Me lo he puesto dos veces el primer día una vez cuatro horas para intentar hacer mi vida normal por la tarde. El primer día al principio me sentía un poco rígido, pero al poco tiempo ves que te sujeta y evitas que se fuerzen los músculos al andar y andar casi sin dolor. El segundo día me lo he puesto toda la mañana y parte de la tarde y he estado sin dolor, sobre todo cuando empiezas a andar que es cuando notas (cuando no lo llevas) el dolor y la rigidez, casi sin molestias. Yo he cogido la talla XL ya que tengo mucho muslo y me va perfecta, apretando lo justo. Lleva una costura de refuerzo en un lado, en el lado externo. Adjunto fotos del producto y envase por si a alguien le ayuda.
