Great wrap for a strained hamstring
I have been bothered with a strained hamstring and have been using ointments & pain relievers. Both worked for a short while but eventually my muscle cramped. Neither sitting or standing was comfortable. I bought a pair of so called compression shorts but they offered no more relief than boxer briefs. Sent those back and ordered this. It is great. I wore it all day, including a round of golf. For the first time in weeks I had no discomfort! Great product!

Using to help with groin strain
Bought this to help with a groin/thigh strain sustained in a fall. Like how it fits upper thigh. I do have heavy thighs and am wearing over a pair of yoga pants so have not experienced slippage. Hoping this will help speed up healing. So far only negative is it really smells.

A good, reasonably priced alternative to Bosu
A good value at under $100. Fast and easy to inflate with the provided pump. It will need to be topped off with air a little more often than higher priced models like the Bosu, but this isn't a difficult task. I'm just under 200 lbs, and have found this to be a good stability ball for moderate home use in the few months I've had it.

Holding my groin together …
Bought two for both legs after aggravating both groin muscles in the first few weeks of baseball season. Added support has helped keep me on the field and actually able to walk after games! Easy to slap on and relatively comfortable. Wish I would have started the season with these …

Well made, but not the right fit for my leg and type of injury.
I'm on the fence with this one. Perhaps because I am trying to use it lower on the thigh for a quad injury and not a groin injury. I've tried it higher on the thigh to see if it is effective since I've had groin injuries as well and I can see where it could offer a bit of relief. The problem with the design in my case is that I have narrow legs and my upper thigh circumference is a little under 20" and requires several overlapping wraps and I can't seem to get it evenly tight without a big gap on the bottom. The rubber material isn't very stretchy and the design could probably be improved with a wide elasticized band between the brace and velcro attachment so it could be pulled tighter. I've tried every imaginable sleeve and brace that Amazon has to offer and this came close, but I've found better solutions for my injury. Everyone's legs are different so this may work better for some than others. It's well made and you can't really go wrong for the price.

One size fits all doesn't do it for small thigh
I needed something for the upper thigh compression to relieve pain. One size fits all is too big for the 19" thigh. It requires extended wrapping around which is difficult with pain in that area.. Also, it eventually loosens up and needs to be adjusted. It helped me to the some extent after wearing it for 3 days. Manufacturer should consider making 3 sizes: small. medium and large which "one size fits all" actually is.

Really works!
I was hesitant to buy this product, as I thought that I would need a brace that was like shorts to alleviate my groin pulls. However, I've been extremely happy with the results. I use it for tennis. I had been getting minor pulls from running after balls, and I would take a week or so off after each one. Once I started using this brace, my issues basically ended. I do get a small twinge here and there, but nothing like the strain pains I had before. I find it works best wrapped pretty tightly, as high up my leg as I can comfortably wear it. And I always put it on with the branded flap facing away from center, so there is no rubbing. It takes a little getting used to, but I find that once I start walking, I forget I am wearing a brace. I typically wear it 2-3 hours at a time with no ill effects. Highly recommended.

Sturdy support and stays in place! Would buy again!
I’ve had this just under a week and I must say it is doing what I had hoped and expected it to do. I have some issues with hip arthritis but am active with cycling tennis and yoga and the hip and groin pain and impingement was causing me to not enjoy these activities. I had been using an ace wrap with Velcro but it only provided minimal help. I do agree with others about when worn directly on the skin it does cause a lot of sweating (which is why I only gave it 4 stars) but I’m planning to use athletic “pre wrap” and/or gauze to provide a layer of protection to help prevent that.

Works Well
Mostly comfortable but does tug on the leg hair at times which can be annoying. Otherwise it does help with muscle pain.

Not perfect but definitely helps
Actually gives compresison in the groin area which sets it apart from most products already. Rubber contact keeps it in place when walking but will slip eventually and for active sports it should certainly slip down but thats a small criticism really as you shouldnt be running everywhere if you have groin strain anyway! This enabled me to walk in comfort and with confidence whereas without it the groin region felt very unstable. I also splashed out on a knee length skin which was supposed to offer compression but is a complete waste of money by comparison

Groin strain
Very comfortable and did not slip during walking. Kept my groin warm, felt so good I did not want to take it off even for the night, but I kept it loose not to obstruct circulation. I did not exercise with it yet other than walking because I am still recovering. Very good product, worth the money. Previously I purchased thigh supports from McDavid and overall I found their products were well made, good quality and lasted long with proper care.

Not sure how but i really works!!!
Having had a niggling groin strain for some weeks and struggling to shake it so though i'd try this. I'm 6ft 4in with large ish thighs and this fits very well. I am wearing it in the office and have have had no slippage of any kind. It has a nice rubberised texture against your skin so should hold well during sport too. It is well shaped and has a nice wave cut out for near the "delicate" place! I feel toasty warm and well supported and I am walking better as I am not thinking of the pull. Not a substitute for full recovery but a great help in the meantime.

Simple and effective
The strap is well made and designed. The strap is also effective at holding other rappings in place without tape when warmth or additional support is required. Two McDavid Groin straps connected together make a very effective gentle flexible back support and keeps the low back warmer when worn around the waist.
