Good little fan for the money
I bought this for a very small room and it was relatively easy to install. Is any fan fun to put up? No. But this one was small and didn't weigh a lot. It did have quite the wobble when we turned it on the fastest speed, and worse on the second one. Least on the slowest. Luckily, I had some left over fan blade weights from another fan, and we were able to quiet down the wobble with those and a bit of time and effort. I subtracted one star for that, but then, it was not an expensive fan, which is what I needed.

Perfect closet size
This is a perfect size for my master closet and it runs well. It is slightly noisy - not at all bad but you do hear it. I have to turn it off to sleep at night.

Very nice for the price.
This fan replaced a 40 year old hall fan and is well worth the money. Installation was easy and it really moves some air. Fast shipping makes it a huge win. I would buy again.

It's so tiny!
It is a perfect fan for a small bedroom. Size is proportional to the space. Very quiet, moves a lot of air when on HIGH. I am very happy with this purchase. I also added an after market remote control.

Wrong Motor in Box
Item was received on time. Installation went well until I tried to install the fans blades and bracket. Fan brackets were to small to line up with the holes. Called MFG, had a rough time with first person I spoke with. She finally transfer the call to someone else. I explained my problem and she said they would send new brackets. I tried to explain to her how the brackets were the wrong size and to please check the replacement parts to see if they were the correct size. She said they would pull them out of a new box and send them to me. I said ok and was not pleased that she did not try to understand my problem. Within the week, I received the brackets and checked them with the ones I already had, same part, too small. I was getting kind of mad now and call the mfg again. When I got a helpful person and she asked how she could help me, I told her that I wanted to speak to a manager and not to try to give me to someone else that did not have a head on their shoulders. I was transferred to a manager and listen to what had happen to me and would be glade to help me. After listening, she said that she would need to speak with the QC group and will get back to me after talking with the. Around 30 minutes later I received an email asking for a picture of the motor tag. I took a picture and sent it to them. After sending it, I called her back and she did receive my picture, but I took a picture of the wrong label. I did not see the correct until she asked me to find it. Found it and gave her the info on the tag. She would get back with me after again speaking with the QC group. Next day I spoke with her and it was found out that I had the wrong motor in the box. The motor I had was for a 5 blade system and the one I have is a 6 blade unit. They said I needed to return it back to Amazon and ask for a new replacement unit. I requested to return label and replacement fan and about 1 week later, I received the replacement fan. I pulled out the motor to match it against the old one and there was a big difference between the two. The reason for the rating of 3 starts was because I received a bad item and the first group of personal I spoke with. They should have said that they would have the part checked before sending it out. I had given them the measurements off the motor I had and they did not care about it. The replacement was correct and installed with no problems.

Great value - way better than the Westinghouse.
Great value. This replaces the similar Westinghouse one which I hated for years. The Amazon listing looked just like the one listed at the depot, but different name brand, and for a lot less. My wife looked at the picture on the box and said it looked ugly, but then I said once it's up you won't notice or care. Once it got up, she didn't mention it again. The blades can be installed showing plain white, or a wood grain; we did the wood grain and it looks decent. I really like that the bulb mount points straight downwards, towards the bottom of the glass bowl (towards the floor) because we don't use a traditional incandescent bulb, but an LED one which doesn't shine light omnidirectionally -- so this helps spread the light around the room evenly, as opposed to the Westinghouse which is mounted sideways, leaving half the room kinda dark. I also appreciated the mounting bracket style which lets you hang the weight of the motor while attaching the wires, and then actually uses that feature as part of how it is permanently hung. The Westinghouse has a hook on the bracket stuck on as an afterthought, which you're supposed to put through one of the mounting holes, which could end up bending that hole, and then requiring you to take it off that hook after completing the wiring (don't drop it!), and then securing to the frame. This one just tilts up, put in a few screws - done. The wide motor cover touching the ceiling seemed a little odd to me at first, but it helped cover the paint marks from a previous dome light fixture. And the best reason I like it over the Westinghouse is the sound of the motor. This one is what you would expect, and the Westinghouse had a ridiculous hum that vibrated through the bones of the house and could be heard in any room. I plan to replace our other room's Westinghouse ceiling fan with this one, too, even though it's not yet broken.
