This was used to protect a very large, over 25 year old, about 4 ft tall jade plant in a large planter. The 10 ft round size fit it once it was cinched on to the planter. I liked that it has provided protection from light frosts.... as advertised. It is NOT designed to protect for hard frosts. It is light weight and, with the 10 ft round size, it was hard to handle in a wind with gusts to 25 mph. It would have been much easier if there had been two cinch devices on the very long cord. With only one, it was hard to prevent damage as it was put on the jade plant the first time. We were not fully successful, but I think the plant will live. We had two people putting it on, was easier than having just one person. Read the entire description, the picture is of row protection, not a single plant. The instructions remind you that plants need sunlight and that you can damage or kill your plant if you leave the cover on for too long. So, plan on taking it off and putting it on if you live in a climate like ours in Central California. Taking it off was easier. Putting it back on was easier as the half of the draw string away from the cinch device we left mostly gathered. Hope this helps. To the manufacturer, I'd strongly recommend having two instead of one cinch devices on this as another brand has on their smaller 8 ft one. Retail, they are perhaps a dime or less each if bought in quantity. It did the job, it was available, but I do wish there'd have been an easier option.

So far, so good

I recently had some crape myrtles pkanted. I wanted to make sure they did not when them temp was supposed to get down in the 20s. They were large enough and easy to use.

Large perfect for larger plants and flowers

Protected my plants

I live in South Tx and we rarely have freezing temps however two years ago was rough on my cactus. I lost most of my cactus so this last winter I wanted to save as many as i could. This material is good to protect a big group of plants clustered together. Have to be creative on how you keep the fabric down when it is windy. I did lose a few tropical plants but all my other cacti survived with this fabric. I use styrofoam to fill in any gaps underneath and bricks to keep the fabric from being loose.

Good product for short freeze

Good product

Was pleasantly surprised with the quality of these covers. Strong and thick enough to protect but lightweight. Good drawstring set up. I've got a small army of frost covers and these are the best I have.

Very pleased!

We are very happy with the covering for our small Ficus tree in our home. It is easy to put over it and is large enough to cover easily. It tightens at the bottom so we do not have to be concerned about it coming off from winds. The price is very reasonable for what I received.

Durable

Well it has lasted all winter and we had a harsh winter this year. We will see what next year has to offer. Our of on in November and will be taking it off once all the snow leaves. Bought to keep the rabbits from eating the branches.
