they should used 4 mounting because the strap always come loose. i take 2 kit and use 4 hole and make my own.

Makes your Kolpin Trail box fit Lock N Ride Polaris System

I was very pleased with the ease of installation on this adapter kit. My only real complaint would be that the plugs they give you for the holes aren't as thick as I would have liked. But that was easily corrected with some electrical tape to beef up the overall thickness. Piece of cake to line up, drill the holes and mount.

Very unstable, only lasted two rides before the problems started.

Easy on and Easy off

This mounting kit made mounting my trail box simple. I can now ride with or without a large storage box. Short outings or long ones, it takes only a minute to install SECURELY or take off. If there is a con to his system, it is that anyone can take your box off, locked or not unless you additionally clamp the box from the inside.

Poor lock and ride anchors

Angle brackets were good, but the lock and ride anchors were not long enough. Instead of holding the bracket in place they pushed up on the taper of the lock and ride hole. Box fell off while riding. Luckily I had a couple other aftermarket eye bolt anchors that are deeper and hold very well.
