They work perfectly and are easy to install

Used these to put up several shelves in my mother in laws apartment. They work perfectly and are easy to install. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they do not come with screws to install them. The reason it's a pain is because most screws are silver so to get them to blend you have to paint over them once you've installed. Just a small gripe from us because they work and look so great!

We ordered several but one was damaged and couldn’t be used. Return process for just one was too complicated so we just tossed it and used the others

you won't find a better bracket for the price. I wanted a black bracket that was slightly fancier then all the typical kind. all I could find were ridiculously pricey ones or ones that were way too small. great product

Ugh, be more specific in your project description

Be careful when you order these. Defying logic, there's no upfront mention that the 10BK stands for TEN brackets in a box. Thinking that I needed four for my shelving project and ordered what I thought was four - but 40 showed up in a heavy box on my front steps. Ugh. Sterling, please be more articulate in your product description - you'll save all of us a lot of time and expense! Other than that, they appear to be sturdy, no nonsense brackets - just what I want, just not as many....

Working great for its purpose

These brackets are significantly less sturdy than the ones I wanted to use, but they have been serving the purpose very well in holding up a 10' x 1' white melamine shelf. For this purpose, I am using two of these brackets. It's been working out fine.

Pretty good bracket, one complaint.

These are reasonably well built, I bolted a shelf to the wall and was able to sit on the shelf without any danger of it falling off. My one complaint is that the holes in the corner are too close to each other. So if you use anything other than a flat screw to attach your bracket to the wall you'll end up struggling to screw the shelf down due to interference with the bolt. I ended up drilling a new hole about an inch farther out.

Stronger than expected, great value

Looking for a good affordable bracket was not easy. These are exactly what we needed, we ordered enough for 3 for each 5 foot shelf we made, but 2 brackets with our 2 inch thick shelf are plenty strong enough -- no sagging or buckling. Very happy with the purchase -- we did notice a bit of paint chipping on a few but nothing major. We also used lag bolts for a better look than screws so we did have to drill the holes a bit bigger.

Solid/Handsome

Nice looking and well put together (snapped and not welded). I'm ordering an addition few to put up more shelving. So far, one of the ones I ordered has a chip out of the side but, seeing as it isn't very noticeable and the headache of returning it, I'm going to just settle. The ding drops it one star. FYI: Orders are for a single bracket and it doesn't come with screws.

Seem okay, but they throw them loosely in a box for shipping and they chip badly

Shipping was fast, and they seem to be decent quality. They throw them all into a box to rattle around though, so they all arrived with a ton of paint chips, and look like crap because of it. I was going to use these in my house, but they look like chipped crap so I might just use them in my workshop. If you want these to be somewhere will people will see them, order somewhere else unless you don't mind repainting them.

Good Product.

I bought these as an alternative to spending about 2 hundred or so to store 2 kayaks in my garage on the wall out of the way. The worked very well and take the weight and length no problem. I got them at just over 4 dollars each as an add on. Well worth it.
