A fair and comprehensive review
Ok like most of you that are looking at these, I have that cruddy costco garage where the canopies are barely good for a season.. I saw a lot of reviews on here that said this product did not fit, was not made well etc. I saw others that said it fit great but the velcro ties were not of decent quality... Here is my two cents: IMPORTANT NOTE: This is only the sidewalls not a roof canopy.. make sure you only want the sidewalls and front and back. I knew this prior to purchasing and I am happy with what I received. I took off old sides and doors and laid out the new product.. The top of the sides as well as the back and front are velcro.. It made it twice as easy to install.. MY complaint here is that the crest (top) of the front and back as well as the top corners of each side have nothing to secure them so they flap around and are not secured like they should be.. The corners of the sides and front and back have reinforced holes for the bungee attachment... So it is basically reversed from the costco setup... I personally like the bungee corners makes it easier to install and it is more secure. I had the old stuff off and the new items installed in 30 minutes. It really was that easy... That was even with a mistake of putting a side on backwards (had velcro for mid poles on the outside) So overall I gave this 4 stars... I felt the quality was good, the ease of installing was excellent, and the front door is better than the costco brand.. The only issue is the top crest front and back and the side top corners... Recommended to the manufacturer.... put 4-6 reinforced ring holes on the side tops to help the velcro be more secure.. Also put same type holes in the corners and the front and back crest... It will make this product and Excellent choice and a 5 star from anyone that orders it.. I hope this helps you with your purchase.

Decent kit but needed reinforced
The walls kit looks good and is made of a decent weight tarping. It didn't fit my frame very well but I didn't really expect it to since I don't even know the manufacture of my frame. The fit is good enough to serve its purpose and didn't bother me. The construction of the kit does present a few problems. This uses a mix of grommets/bungees and hook/loop tabs to attach to the frame. That wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing but the tabs are sewn to the walls by only two short lengths of stitching. Within the first two weeks about 1/4 of the tabs had ripped off of the peaks of the two end walls and this is without any major storms or wind. Using hook/loop tabs to secure the side walls to the legs is a great idea but the same cannot be said for hanging the walls themselves. If the tabs were sewn on with a box pattern stitch then they might have been acceptable. Luckily I do a lot of different crafts and have large grommet kits so I have added grommets, backed with leather washers, along the peak of both ends. Another place I had to add grommets was the bottoms of the side walls: the lowest grommet was nearly a foot from the bottom of the walls, allowing them to flap very badly in the wind. I added one grommet at each leg. All in all I'm satisfied with the wall kit and I like the tan color (it even matches the new roof kit I recently bought fairly well), I just wish the construction had been a bit better and hadn't required so many fixes.

Extremely poor customer service
I purchased the 4 pieces side wall kit. When the package arrived only the front and back panels were in the box. It was listed by Amazon as "Like New in original packaging". When I informed Amazon of the two missing sidewalls Amazon told me to contact Caravan Canopy. After 3 phone calls and 6 emails. Including a screenshot of the listing Caravan Canopy informed me that because it was a "used" listing they would not send the missing sidewalls. And told me to contact Amazon. The best Amazon could do was offer a 20% discount. i will NEVER buy from Caravan Canopy again. Their cost to make good on the order is minimal compared to the lost business of having a terrible reputation for BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE> AVOID CARAVAN CANOPY.

Heavy duty Tarp a huge plus.
It was very easy to install as I already had the frame up so we tied old to the new and when we pulled the old one off the new one slid right in place. We centered it bungeed it down and the only problem I had was looking at the front right side kept getting pockets of water. We then used 2in ratchet straps between the roof joists and now it is awesome.

.Awesome Replacement for Costco Carport Sidewalls
I was not looking forward to hanging the replacement sidewalls for my torn up original Costco purchased 10 x 20 tarp/carport. This product fit perfectly and was so easy to put up, I'm 65+ and not that physically strong and it went up like a dream. I like the velcro across the top bar instead of the toggle bungee and the 2 end pieces do have the grommets with toggle bungees for added security. The color is a little lighter but still looks great. I only had to replace the side where the afternoon sun hits, so now I have an extra side wall and 2 end pieces for later. Great purchase!

I'm very very happy with this replacement
I'm very pleased with the sidewall replacement. My brother had given me a frame and covering, but the canvas was very worn and needed replaced. This is far better quality than what was originally on the frame. The velcro straps that hold the sides and ends in place are wide and very well stitched, the zippers (3) are well stitched and there are parachute clips to hold the rolled up flaps in place (the previous frame used thin velcro straps). I had no idea who the original manufacturer was, so I was delighted this fit as well as it did. Do be certain to measure the distance between the very top roof rail and the side frame as directed. I didn't, and consequently, the front and back pieces are a little short of the frame, but I'd rather have a little gap than give up the quality of this replacement cover.
