Stays in place! Good combo with Classic

I’ve tried three types of Kinesio Tape and this stays in place the best on my knee for patella stability. “Classic” works well but can occasionally unpeel itself. I’ve found this works very well applied in one strip on top of the classic strips. Why the combo? The Classic doesn’t stick so much that it’s difficult to remove, especially with leg hair. The Gold holds tight, but can be a little painful to remove. It’s a good combo that works for me. Your mileage may vary. Recommend.

Great and sturdy

even after 4 showers and 6 days. My baby has elhers danlos and it keeps her knee from dislocating. Great tape if you literally need to be held together by tape.

Wow! The tape really adheres to your skin. I would take off in shower. First time I didn’t n it really was hard getting off n hurt. But it does help the pain. I give it a 4.

Not what I expected

I ordered this for my husband's shoulder subluxation. I ordered exactly what his occupational therapist had on her desk. I was disappointed to find that what I received is thinner than what she used. It takes more tape to hold his shoulder in place. It does stick well, though.

Good quality

I had a knee surgery and the therapist put this tape on my knee for support and it really works. I really recommend it.

Great product

I use this for my son's (age 5) knees for patella instability. It seems to help as he doesn't cry all evening about his legs hurting after doing exercise in the day now. We just about 4-4.5 large squares of tape on each knee, cut in 2 length ways to make it thinner for his smaller knees. He wears this for 5 days with 2 days off. The box lasts ages and sticks really well, but also comes off well and quickly (he is extremely sensitive to pain). Great product!

Poor adhesion

This is no comparison to the tape that my podiatrist originally applied which must have been different make. This one peels off far too easily while applied and doesn't hold. This make was the most expensive and believed it to the genuine article. There were several other makes much cheaper which I wish now I had chosen instead.

Very poor quality

This tape is expensive and very poor quality. Came unstuck after less than a day. I had hoped the cost might reflect the quality but was very much mistaken. DO NOT RECOMMEND this item at all.
