Crazy Helpful

I have a persistent wrist injury and this stuff keeps me going. The added stability is massively helpful and the quality of this tape is excellent. I also like that you cut your own, it allows for more flexibility.

a nice stretchy tape for some types of muscle and tendon injury

This tape is a good temporary splint for minor tendon and muscle strains and sprains. It really adheres to skin well, and it will stay on even after a shower or two. The fact that it's stretchy is excellent, but if more support is needed, you may want to put on a second layer, or supplement it with regular Sports tape. Beware of it sticking *too* well if it's left on for several days. Removing it can be an adventure.

This is the real Kinesiology tape

I would highly recommend this particular name brand Kinesiology tape. It is what I used after my total knee replacement on the advice of my physical used for the swelling that had occurred in my leg. Within at least 2weeks the swelling was going down. And the mainstream to subside in both my legs. The only draw back is I wish they have a little bit more tape for the price you pay.

Doesn't stick

Disappointed . Always buy the name brand because I find the generics don't stick to he skin. But this one was just as bad. Peeled off right away. Waste of money
